The Fattoria degli Usignoli, built in the 15th century by the monks of the Vallombrosan order, is located in the municipality of Reggello on the slope of the Pratomagno massif, offering a balcony-like view of the beautiful landscape of Valdarno and Chianti. Thanks to its excellent location, it is the perfect starting point for excursions to the most important historical cities – Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Arezzo, Certaldo, Cortona – and to the entire Chianti region.

The residence has 43 apartments spread across several buildings. Facilities include a reception, lounge bar and restaurant. In the well-kept outdoor area there are 2 swimming pools (May-September) with sun loungers and umbrellas (included).

Apartment 1 Bedroom

The rustically furnished apartments have a shower/WC, heating, satellite TV, telephone, air conditioning (on request for a fee, €8 per day), kitchenette with freezer, safe, free Wi-Fi, living/sleeping area with sofa bed, separate bedroom and balcony or terrace facing the garden (approx. 32 sqm).

With the same amenities as the 1-bedroom apartments, an additional separate bedroom (occupancy for 4 people, approx. 46 sqm, and for 5 people, approx. 48 sqm).

Double Room

The friendly and also rustically furnished rooms have a bath or shower/WC, satellite TV, telephone, heating, air conditioning (on request for a fee, €8 per day), safe, free Wi-Fi and a balcony or terrace facing the garden. Also bookable for single occupancy on request.
