Location

Built in the 15th century by monks of the Vallombrosan order, Fattoria degli Usignoli is located in the municipality of Reggello on the slopes of the Pratomagno massif, offering a balcony-like view of the beautiful landscape of the Valdarno and Chianti. Its excellent location makes it the perfect starting point for excursions to the most important historical cities – Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Arezzo, Certaldo, Cortona – and the entire Chianti region.

The residence features 43 apartments spread across several buildings. Facilities include a reception, lounge bar, and restaurant. The well-maintained outdoor area includes 2 swimming pools (May-September) with sun loungers and umbrellas (included).

The rustically furnished apartments feature a shower/WC, heating, satellite TV, telephone, air conditioning (on request for a fee, €8 per day), kitchenette with freezer, safe, free Wi-Fi, living/sleeping area with sofa bed, separate bedroom, and a balcony or terrace overlooking the garden (approx. 32 m²).

2-Bedroom Apartments

With the same amenities as the 1-bedroom apartments, these feature an additional bedroom (occupancy for 4 people, approx. 46 m², and for 5 people, approx. 48 m²).

Double Room

The friendly and also rustically furnished rooms feature a bath or shower/WC, satellite TV, telephone, heating, air conditioning (on request for a fee, €8 per day), safe, free Wi-Fi, and a balcony or terrace overlooking the garden. Also available for single use on request.

Meals

Breakfast/Half Board

Breakfast buffet style, dinner is served at the table. In summer, there is a barbecue every Thursday with live music. Half board can be booked from March 17, 2018 to October 31, 2018.
