Location

Directly on the sea, in the bay of San Gemiliano in Arbatax (Tortolì), on the east coast of Sardinia, only 1 km from the center of Arbatax, very close to Capo Bellavista, the cape famous throughout Sardinia for its red porphyry rock formations.

The hotel has 150 rooms, a reception with a lobby, a restaurant and a bar, as well as free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. In the beautiful garden area, there are 2 swimming pools (one saltwater pool and one 25-meter pool) open throughout the season (weather permitting) with free loungers and umbrellas. Guests have access to a section of Baia di San Gemiliano beach, just 50 meters from the central square of the complex. Loungers and umbrellas are also free here from the 3rd row onwards. Loungers and umbrellas in the 1st and 2nd row are subject to a fee. A small bistro with an à la carte menu is available to guests on the beach for a fee.

Double Room Standard

The rooms, decorated in Mediterranean style, feature a shower or bath, satellite TV, telephone, refrigerator (empty), air conditioning, safe, and free Wi-Fi. The rooms are located on the ground floor or first floor and have a small furnished terrace or a furnished balcony (in 4-person occupancy, all rooms are on the ground floor). Depending on the room's location, the beach can be up to 350 meters away. Single rooms Basic are also available upon request.

Double Room Comfort

With the same amenities as the Standard Double Rooms, the Comfort Double Rooms are more modernly furnished (also available for 3-person occupancy). These rooms are located about 250 meters from the beach, on the ground floor or first floor (only some rooms on the first floor have a balcony). The ground-floor rooms offer a shaded terrace with a table and chairs.

Double Room Comfort Garden View

With the same amenities as the Comfort Double Rooms, these rooms have a garden view and a small terrace with a table and chairs overlooking the beautiful garden. These rooms are approximately 200 meters from the beach.

Double Room Deluxe Sea View

With the same amenities as the Comfort Double Rooms, these rooms are located on the first floor (only some are on the ground floor) and are a maximum of 250 meters from the beach, featuring a terrace or patio with a sea view.

Family Room

The rooms, decorated in Mediterranean style, feature a shower or bath, satellite TV, air conditioning, refrigerator (empty), safe, and garden view. Additionally, the room has a connecting children's room. These rooms are also approximately 250 meters from the beach. Each unit has a patio with a table and chairs.

Meals

Breakfast/Half Board/Full Board

Breakfast buffet. The lunch buffet also offers grilled fish and grilled meat. The dinner buffet is enhanced with a variety of Sardinian, national, and international dishes. Drinks are included with meals (water, orange soda, cola, and local wine).

Sports included

Tennis (from 6 years old, all levels), canoeing (from 12 years old, all levels), sailing, and windsurfing (from 12 years old, water-safety certification must be proven in advance, all levels). The offerings also include bocce ball, aqua aerobics, aerobics, and table tennis, as well as a fitness room.

Sports for a fee

Rental of sports equipment, participation in private (wind)surfing, sailing, and canoeing lessons, the lighting system for tennis courts, and participation in private tennis lessons as well as diving courses with the possibility of obtaining diving certificates are available for a fee.

Children's program

Kids' club with animators who look after children aged 3 to 12.9, offering a range of activities and games (between 9:30 AM and 12:30 PM, and between 3:30 PM and 6:00 PM).
The kids' club also features a pool for younger guests, and baby dance events and other activities take place every evening.
