Location

Directly on the sea, in the bay of San Gemiliano in Arbatax (Tortolì), on the east coast of Sardinia, only 1 km from the center of Arbatax, very close to Capo Bellavista, the cape famous throughout Sardinia for its red porphyry rock formations.

The hotel has 150 rooms, reception with lobby, restaurant and bar, and free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. In the beautiful garden area are the 2 swimming pools (one filled with seawater, the other is a 25m pool) open throughout the season (weather permitting) with sunbeds and umbrellas included. Guests have access to a section of Baia di San Gemiliano beach, just 50m from the central square of the complex. Sunbeds and umbrellas are also free of charge from the 3rd row of the beach. Sunbeds and umbrellas in the 1st and 2nd row of the beach are subject to a fee. A small bistro with an à la carte menu is available to customers on the beach for a fee.

Double Room Standard

Decorated in Mediterranean style, the rooms have a shower or bath, satellite TV, telephone, refrigerator (empty), air conditioning, safe, Wi-Fi (free). The rooms are on the ground floor or first floor and have a small furnished terrace or a furnished balcony (in 4-person occupancy, all rooms are on the ground floor). Depending on the room's location, the beach is up to 350m away. Single rooms Basic can also be booked upon request.

Double Room Comfort

With the same amenities as the Double Rooms, the Double Rooms Comfort are more modernly furnished (also bookable for 3 people). These rooms are about 250 meters from the beach and are located on the ground floor or the first floor (only some rooms on the first floor have a balcony). The ground floor rooms offer a shaded terrace with a table and chairs.

Double Room Comfort with Garden View

With the same amenities as the Double Rooms Comfort, these rooms have a garden view, but also a small terrace with a table and chairs and a view of the beautiful garden. These rooms are about 200 meters from the beach.

Double Room Deluxe with Sea View

With the same amenities as the Double Rooms Comfort, these rooms are located on the first floor (only some are on the ground floor) and are a maximum of 250 meters from the beach, featuring a terrace or patio with sea view.

Family Room

Decorated in Mediterranean style, the rooms have a shower or bath, satellite TV, air conditioning, refrigerator (empty), safe and garden view. The room also has a children's room with a connecting door. These rooms are also approximately 250 meters from the beach. Each unit has a patio with a table and chairs.

Board

Breakfast/Half Board/Full Board

Breakfast buffet. Lunch buffet also offers grilled fish and grilled meat. The dinner buffet is enriched with a variety of Sardinian, national, and international dishes. Drinks with meals are free (water, orange soda, cola, and local wine)

Sports Included

Tennis (from 6 years old, all levels), canoe (from 12 years old, all levels), sailing and windsurfing (from 12 years old - water-worthiness must be proven in advance - all levels). The offer also includes bocce, water aerobics, aerobics, and table tennis, fitness room.

Sports for a Fee

Rental of sports equipment, participation in private (wind)surfing, sailing, and canoeing courses, lighting of tennis courts, and participation in private tennis and diving courses with the possibility of obtaining diving certificates for a fee.

Children's Program

Kids club with animators who look after children between 3 and 12.9 years old and offer a whole range of activities and games (between 9:30 am and 12:30 pm and between 3:30 pm and 6 pm).
The kids club also has a pool for the little ones and every evening there are baby dance events and other activities.

Hotel Service

Unattended parking (subject to availability). Garage for cars for a fee, for motorcycles for a fee of €2 per day. The hotel offers its own shuttle from the airport to the hotel for a fee. (Inquiries for the shuttle should be clarified directly with the hotel).
