Directly by the sea, in the bay of San Gemiliano in Arbatax (Tortolì), on the east coast of Sardinia, just 1 km from the center of Arbatax, very close to Capo Bellavista, the cape known throughout Sardinia for its red porphyry rock formations.

The hotel has 150 rooms, a reception with a lobby, a restaurant, and a bar, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. The beautiful gardens feature 2 swimming pools (one saltwater pool and one 25m pool), open throughout the season (weather permitting) with loungers and umbrellas included. Guests have access to a section of the Baia di San Gemiliano beach, which is only 50 m from the central square of the complex. Loungers and umbrellas are also free of charge here from the 3rd row onwards. Loungers and umbrellas in the 1st and 2nd rows are available for a fee. A small bistro with an à la carte menu is available to guests on the beach for a fee.

Accommodation

Standard Double Room

Decorated in a Mediterranean style, the rooms feature a shower or bath, satellite TV, telephone, refrigerator (empty), air conditioning, safe, and Wi-Fi (complimentary). The rooms are located on the ground floor or the 1st floor and have a small furnished terrace or a furnished balcony (in the case of quadruple occupancy, all rooms are on the ground floor). Depending on the location of the rooms, the beach is up to 350 m away. Basic single rooms are also available upon request.

Comfort Double Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, the Comfort double rooms are more modern (also available for triple occupancy). These rooms are located approximately 250 meters from the beach on the ground floor or the first floor (only some rooms on the first floor have a balcony). The ground-floor rooms offer a shaded terrace with a table and chairs.

Comfort Double Room Garden View

With the same amenities as the Comfort double rooms, these rooms offer a garden view and feature a small terrace with a table and chairs and views of the beautiful garden. These rooms are approx. 200 meters from the beach.

Deluxe Double Room Sea View

With the same amenities as the Comfort double rooms, these are located on the first floor (only a few are on the ground floor), are a maximum of 250 meters from the beach, and feature a terrace or patio with a sea view.

Family Room

Decorated in a Mediterranean style, the rooms feature a shower or bath, satellite TV, air conditioning, refrigerator (empty), safe, and garden view. Additionally, the room has a children's room with a connecting door. These rooms are also located approx. 250 meters from the beach. Each unit has a patio with a table and chairs.

Breakfast/Half board/Full board

Breakfast buffet. Lunch buffet also offers grilled fish and grilled meat. The dinner buffet is enhanced by a variety of Sardinian, national, and international dishes. Drinks included with meals (water, orange soda, cola, and local wine).

Sports included

Tennis (from 6 years, all levels), canoeing (from 12 years, all levels), sailing and windsurfing (from 12 years, swimming proficiency must be proven in advance, all levels). Furthermore, the offer also includes boccia, aqua gymnastics, aerobics, table tennis, and a fitness room.

Sports for a fee

Rental of sports equipment as well as participation in private (wind) surfing, sailing, and canoeing courses, tennis court lighting, participation in private tennis lessons, and diving courses with the option to obtain diving certifications are available for a fee.

Kids' club with entertainers who supervise children between 3 and 12.9 years old and offer a range of activities and games (between 9:30 am and 12:30 pm and between 3:30 pm and 6 pm).
The kids' club also has a pool for the little guests, and every evening there are baby dance events and more.

Hotel services

Unattended parking (subject to availability). Car garage for a fee; for motorcycles, there is a fee of € 2 per day. The hotel offers its own shuttle from the airport to the hotel for a fee. (Please clarify shuttle requests directly with the hotel).
