Location

Nestled in a garden of approximately 5 hectares and surrounded by Sardinian nature, the resort welcomes its guests in an idyllic atmosphere. The sandy beaches of Cala d'Ambra (approx. 300 m) and Isuledda (approx. 800 m) are just a few minutes away. The lively center of San Teodoro with numerous restaurants, bars, and shops can be reached after about 1.5 km. The distance to Olbia-Costa Smeralda Airport is approx. 29 km, and the port of Olbia is about 35 km away.

The San Teodoro is designed in the style of a bungalow village (buildings with 1 or 2 floors, like small villas) and features 205 rooms distributed across several small buildings in the garden. Guests have access to a 24-hour reception, a small shop with souvenirs and local handicrafts, a bar, and a buffet restaurant with two outdoor verandas. In the beautifully landscaped outdoor area, there is a swimming pool with a sun terrace and lawn. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge, towels for a fee. You can end your evening at the pool bar with a delicious cocktail while enjoying nature between the vast sea and the high mountains.

Family room Duplex

The approx. 35 m² family duplex rooms offer a living concept over two levels. The double bed is on the lower level, while the extra beds are located on the upper level. Amenities include a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, safe, air conditioning, mini-fridge (refilling on request for a fee), and a veranda. (DF2, 4FA)

Family room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, the family rooms have two separate bedrooms, one with three beds and one with a single bed, as well as a shared bathroom. (DV, DVA)
