The family resort is set in 5 hectares of green space in northern Sardinia, surrounded by nature and bordering two beautiful beaches: Cala d'Ambra is approx. 300 m away, and Isuledda is approx. 800 m away. The small town center of San Teodoro with restaurants, bars, and shops is approx. 1500 m away. Olbia Airport is approx. 29 km away.

The San Teodoro is designed in the style of a bungalow village (1 or 2-story houses, like small villas) and features 205 rooms spread across several small buildings in the garden. Guests have access to a 24-hour reception, a small shop selling souvenirs and local crafts, a bar, and a buffet restaurant with two outdoor verandas. The beautifully landscaped outdoor area includes a swimming pool with a sun terrace and lawn. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided free of charge; towels are available for a fee. Unwind in the evening at the pool bar with a delicious cocktail and enjoy the natural surroundings between the vast sea and the high mountains.

Accommodation

Double Room

The friendly and tastefully furnished rooms have a bathroom/WC, hairdryer, TV, telephone, air conditioning, minibar (refilled for a fee upon request), safe, and a terrace or balcony. Also available for single use upon request. An extra bed is provided for stays with 3 people; for stays with 4 people, the sleeping arrangement for the third and fourth person may include an additional bed.

Family Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms are more spacious (approx. 33 m²). In these rooms, the double beds are on the lower level and the extra beds are on the upper level.
