Location

Nestled within an approximately 5-hectare garden and surrounded by Sardinian nature, the resort welcomes its guests in an idyllic atmosphere. The sandy beaches of Cala d'Ambra (approx. 300 m) and Isuledda (approx. 800 m) are just a few minutes away. The lively center of San Teodoro with numerous restaurants, bars, and shops can be reached in about 1.5 km. The distance to Olbia-Costa Smeralda Airport is approx. 29 km, and to the port of Olbia about 35 km.

The San Teodoro is designed in the style of a bungalow village (buildings with 1 or 2 floors, like small villas) and has 205 rooms distributed among several small houses in the garden. Guests have access to a 24-hour reception, a small shop with souvenirs and local handicrafts, a bar, and a buffet restaurant with two outdoor verandas. In the beautifully landscaped outdoor area, there is a swimming pool with a sun terrace and lawn. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided free of charge, while towels are available for a fee. You can end the day at the pool bar with a delicious cocktail while enjoying nature between the vast sea and the high mountains.

Family room Duplex

The approx. 35 m² family rooms Duplex offer a living concept over two levels. The double bed is located in the lower area, while the additional beds are on the upper level.
