Location

The family resort is situated on 5 hectares of green space in the north of Sardinia, surrounded by nature and bordering two beautiful beaches, Cala d'Ambra is approx. 300m away and Isuledda is approx. 800m away. The small town center of San Teodoro with restaurants, bars and shops is approx. 1500m away. Olbia Airport is approx. 29 km away.

The San Teodoro is designed in the style of a bungalow village (buildings with 1 or 2 floors, like small villas) and has 205 rooms spread across several small buildings in the garden. Guests have access to a 24-hour reception, a small shop with souvenirs and local crafts, a bar, and a buffet restaurant with two outdoor verandas. In the beautifully landscaped outdoor area, there is a swimming pool with a sun terrace and a lawn. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge, towels for a fee. End the evening at the pool bar with a delicious cocktail and enjoy nature between the vast sea and the high mountains.

Accommodation

Double Room

The friendly and tastefully furnished rooms have a bathroom/WC, hairdryer, TV, telephone, air conditioning, minibar (refill for a fee, upon request), safe, and a terrace or balcony. Also bookable for single occupancy upon request. For a 3-person occupancy, an extra bed will be provided; for a 4-person occupancy, the sleeping arrangements for the third and fourth person may include an additional bed.

Family Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms are more spacious (approx. 33 sqm). In these rooms, the double beds are on the lower level and the additional beds are on the upper level.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form with a rich selection of Mediterranean and Sardinian cuisine. Water and soft drinks are included with meals.
