Location

The Italy Village-La Serra Resort is located in the middle of the 18-hectare nature park of Roccamonfina, directly on the 340 m long sandy beach of the popular seaside resort of Baia Domizia. The area offers numerous cultural and historical sights and is known for its excellent gastronomy.

The complex has 217 rooms, a reception, Wi-Fi in public areas (free of charge), a lobby, pool and beach cafe, and a restaurant furnished in the local style with pizza and pasta offerings. In the extensive garden area, there is a large swimming pool and a children's pool (open from 15.5 to 12.9, swimming caps required), a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas (free of charge, for a fee on the beach). Piano bar (open during the summer months, mid-June to mid-September). Children's adventure playground. Wi-Fi throughout the complex free of charge. Cost for 2 sun loungers and 1 umbrella (15.5 -23.7 and 21.8-30.9 = €80 per week) From 24.7 to 20.8, the cost is €120 per week. These are mandatory and must be paid upon arrival at the hotel.

Accommodation

Studio Type A

The attractive studios have a living/sleeping area, shower, toilet, hairdryer (on request), air conditioning, satellite TV (remote control for TV requires a deposit), kitchenette, and a veranda with garden/park view. (approx. 25 sqm). These rooms are cleaned once a week and towels are changed once a week.

Apartment Type B

The renovated apartments have the same amenities as the Studio Type A, are 51 sqm in size with two separate bedrooms and a separate living room (renovated).

Apartment Type D

The apartments Type B are not renovated, 62 sqm in size, also with 2 bedrooms, do not have air conditioning and have a separate living room.

Meals

Bed & Breakfast/Half Board/Full Board

Continental breakfast buffet and, for full board, a buffet lunch. Dinner is served at the table. 0.5 liters of water per person included with meals.

Sports included

Tennis on request, volleyball, basketball from mid-June to mid-September.

Sports for a fee

Bicycle rental (for a fee), tennis in the evening on request (floodlights) for a fee.

Children's program

Playground and children's pool (open 15.5-12.9), kids' club.

Entertainment

International entertainment program for young and old, during the day and in the evening. (from 1.6 to 12.9 in English and Italian language.

Sunshades and sun loungers can be rented for a fee on the beach, 50 m away. 2 sun loungers and one umbrella per apartment at the pool are included (subject to availability). Baby cot available for a fee. Parking available for a fee.
