Location

The Italy Village-La Serra Resort is located in the middle of the 18-hectare nature park of Roccamonfina, directly on the 340 m long sandy beach of the popular seaside resort Baia Domizia. The area offers numerous cultural and historical sights and is known for its excellent gastronomy.

The complex has 217 rooms, a reception, Wi-Fi in public areas (free of charge), a lobby, pool and beach cafe, and a restaurant furnished in a typical Italian style with pizza and pasta offerings. In the extensive garden area there is a large swimming pool and a children's pool (open from May 15th to September 12th, swimming caps required), a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas (free of charge, at the beach for a fee). Piano bar (open during the summer months from mid-June to mid-September). Children's adventure playground. Wi-Fi throughout the complex is free of charge. Cost for 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella (May 15th - July 23rd and August 21st - September 30th = €80 per week). In the period from July 24th to August 20th, the cost is €120 per week. These are mandatory and must be paid upon arrival at the hotel.

Accommodation

Studio Type A

The attractive studios have a combined living/sleeping area, shower, toilet, hairdryer (on request), air conditioning, satellite TV (remote control for TV against deposit), kitchenette and a veranda with garden/park view. (approx. 25 m²). These rooms are cleaned once a week and the towels are changed once a week.

Apartment Type B

The renovated apartments have the same amenities as the Studio Type A, are 51 m² in size with two separate bedrooms and a separate living room (renovated).

Apartment Type D

The Type B apartments are not renovated, are 62 m² in size, also with 2 bedrooms, have no air conditioning and a separate living room.

Board

Overnight/Half Board/Full Board

Continental breakfast in buffet form, and for full board, lunch in buffet form. Dinner (served at the table). 1/2 liter of water per person with meals included.

Sports Included

Tennis on request, volleyball, basketball from mid-June to mid-September.

Sports for a Fee

Bicycle rental (for a fee), tennis in the evening on request (floodlight) for a fee.

Children's Program

Playground and children's pool (open May 15th - September 12th), kids' club.

Hotel Service

Sun umbrellas and loungers can be rented at the beach, 50m away, for a fee. 2 loungers and one umbrella per apartment at the pool are included (subject to availability). Baby cot for a fee. Parking for a fee.
