Location

The small and quiet resort is located in a magnificent panoramic position, nestled in a Mediterranean park. It is approximately 2 km to Citara Beach and about 3 km to the town center. A bus stop is located about 500 m from the hotel. A shuttle bus runs 24 times daily (12 times there and 12 times back) to Chiaia Beach, Citara Beach, the center, and the port of Forio.

Facilities

The resort has 72 rooms spread across two buildings: the main building "Paradiso Terme" and the annex "Paradiso Garden" (approx. 150 meters from the main building). Amenities include a reception, a restaurant partially located in a natural grotto with a panoramic terrace, a bar, a pool bar, and Wi-Fi throughout the entire property, except in the spa area (free of charge, external provider/service). The beautiful, expansive grounds feature a total of 4 pools: 2 thermal pools, 1 mineral water pool, 1 thermal pool with underwater massage, and 1 thermal whirlpool at the annex, complete with sun loungers and umbrellas (April-October). Sun loungers and umbrellas are available for guests at the beach for an additional charge.

Double room

The friendly furnished rooms, located in the annex, feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, safe, air conditioning, minibar, free Wi-Fi, and a terrace with garden views and furniture (DG).

Double room Comfort

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms are located in the main building and feature a panoramic window and garden views (2CD). Also bookable for single use as 1CD until 25.10.2026.

Double room Comfort Terrace

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms are located in the main building and feature garden views as well as a terrace (DCP). Bookable for single use on request from 2027 onwards.

Double room Prestige

These feature the same amenities as the Comfort double rooms, are slightly more spacious with a seating area, and are located in the main building on the sea side with a panoramic window (2P).

Double room Prestige Terrace

These feature the same amenities as the Comfort double rooms, are slightly more spacious with a seating area, are located on the sea side, and have a terrace (DPP).

Double room Premium Terrace (2027)

These feature the same amenities as the double rooms but are more spacious, including a seating area and pool/sea views, and are also located in the annex (DP). Bookable as a pool-side double room (without sea view) under DP until 25.10.2026.

Meals

Breakfast/Half-board

Rich international and regional breakfast buffet with a health & fitness corner. For dinner, enjoy varied buffets featuring antipasti, salads, and vegetables, as well as four menu options and dessert. Depending on the day, traditional Italian dinners are served at the table, or theme nights, barbecue evenings with live cooking, and buffet evenings are offered.
Gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, and vegan meals are available upon request.

During the travel periods 01.06.-24.07.2027 and 01.09.-30.09.2027, a beach package is included for a minimum stay of 7 nights per double room. This includes shuttle service to and from the beach at set times, entry to a private lido, as well as 1 umbrella and 2 sun loungers (1 sun lounger for single travelers). Additionally, for stays of at least 7 nights, adults receive a one-time 15-minute relaxation massage. This service is non-cumulative and non-transferable to other persons.

The transfer is carried out by speedboat. Transfer duration is approx. 45 minutes.

For arrivals at Naples airport after 20:40, the transfer to Ischia cannot be completed on the same day. In this case, an overnight stay in a hotel in Naples will be provided. Please contact your tour guide upon arrival. The stay on Ischia will be shortened by one night accordingly. For return flights from Naples before 8:30 (Mon-Sat) and 10:00 (Sun/Public holiday), the transfer from Ischia to Naples will take place on the previous day (transfer included). Overnight stay is in a hotel in Naples.

In the main building "Terme", centrally controlled air conditioning is available seasonally from approximately 01.06. to 15.09. In the rooms of the annex, air conditioning is individually adjustable.

Zusatzhinweis

Cities and municipalities levy a tax similar to a local tourist tax, which must be paid by the guest on-site in cash for the duration of the stay. The amount of this tax varies and is between €2 and €5 per person (including children) per night.
