Location

The small and quiet resort is located in an impressive panoramic position and is nestled in a Mediterranean park. It is approx. 2 km to Citara Beach and approx. 3 km to the town center. A bus stop is approx. 500 m from the hotel. A shuttle bus runs 24 times daily (12 times there and 12 times back) to Chiaia Beach, Citara Beach, the center, and the port of Forio.

Facilities

The resort has 72 rooms spread across 2 buildings: the main building "Paradiso Terme" and the annex "Paradiso Garden" (approx. 150 meters from the main building). Facilities include a reception, a restaurant partly located in a natural grotto, a panoramic terrace, a bar, a pool bar, and Wi-Fi throughout the entire property, except in the spa area (free of charge, third-party provider/service). In the beautiful, spacious outdoor area, there are a total of 4 pools: 2 thermal pools, 1 mineral water pool, 1 thermal pool with underwater massage, and 1 thermal whirlpool at the annex building, with sun loungers and umbrellas (April-October). Sun loungers and umbrellas are available on the beach for a fee.

Double room Classic annex building

The pleasantly furnished rooms, which are located in the annex building, feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, safe, air conditioning, minibar, free Wi-Fi, and a terrace with garden view and furniture (DAX).

Double room Comfort garden view

With the same facilities as the double rooms, these rooms are located in the main building with a panoramic window and garden view (2CD). Optionally bookable for single use under C1Y.

Double room Comfort terrace

With the same facilities as the double rooms, these rooms are located in the main building with a garden view and a terrace (DCP). Also bookable for single use upon request.

Double room Prestige

Feature the same facilities as the Comfort double rooms, are slightly more spacious with a seating area, and are located on the upper floors of the main building with a panoramic window and partial sea view (2P). A welcome kit with tea, coffee, and an electric kettle is also provided.

Double room Prestige terrace

Feature the same facilities as the Prestige double rooms, but are located on the ground floor and equipped with a terrace that offers a side view of the sea (DPP). A welcome kit with tea, coffee, and an electric kettle is also provided here.

Double room Premium terrace annex building (2027)

Feature the same facilities as the double rooms, but are more spacious with a seating area and pool/sea view; some are located on two floors, connected by an internal staircase, and are also located in the annex building (DP).

Breakfast/Half-board

Extensive international and regional breakfast buffet with a health & fitness corner. For dinner, varied buffets with antipasti, salads, and vegetables, as well as four menu options and dessert. Depending on the day, traditional Italian dinners are served at the table, or themed evenings, barbecue evenings with live cooking, and buffet evenings are offered.
Gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, and vegan dishes are available on request.

Free parking spaces are available depending on availability at the garden parking lot located about 150 m from the hotel. Alternatively, guaranteed parking spaces for cars or motorcycles can be reserved directly at the hotel for a fee (approx. € 10 per vehicle/day), and for motor scooters (approx. € 5 per vehicle/day).

In the travel periods June 1 - July 24, 2027, as well as September 1 - September 30, 2027, a beach package is included for a minimum stay of 7 nights per double room. This includes the shuttle service to the beach and back at fixed times, entry to a private lido, as well as 1 sun umbrella and 2 sun loungers (1 sun lounger for single travelers). Also, for a minimum stay of 7 nights, adults receive a one-time 15-minute relaxation massage. This service is not cumulative and not transferable to other persons.

Notes

The transfer takes place by speedboat. Transfer duration approx. 45 minutes.

If arriving at Naples airport after 8:40 PM, the transfer to Ischia cannot be carried out on the same day. In this case, an overnight stay will be provided in a hotel in Naples. Please contact your tour guide upon arrival. The stay on Ischia will be shortened by one night accordingly. For return flights from Naples before 8:30 AM (Mon-Sat) and 10:00 AM (Sun/Public Holiday), the transfer from Ischia to Naples takes place on the previous day (transfer included). The overnight stay will be in a hotel in Naples.

In the main building "Terme", a centrally controlled air conditioning system is available seasonally from approximately June 1 to September 15. In the rooms of the annex building, the air conditioning is individually adjustable.

Notes

Cities and municipalities levy a tax, comparable to a tourist tax, which must be paid by the guest in cash on-site for the duration of the stay. The amount of this tax can vary and is between € 2 and € 5 per person (including children) per night.
