Location

The extensive holiday village enjoys a quiet location directly on the artificially created sandy beach of Sirmione. Shops, bars, and restaurants are less than 1 km away. The town center is about 3 km away.

Facilities

The well-maintained holiday village is spread over approximately 160,000 m² of grounds and offers 294 apartments. It features a reception, restaurant with terrace, café, snack bar, supermarket, souvenir shop, amphitheater, and parking. The extensive garden area includes three swimming pools, a pool bar (open from mid-June to mid-September), a river pool with counter-current system, as well as sun loungers and sunshades. Wi-Fi available for a fee.

The apartments feature a kitchenette/nook (2-burner gas or electric stove, refrigerator), dining area, shower, toilet, air conditioning, living/sleeping area with bunk bed, 1 small double bedroom, and a furnished terrace. Approximately 25 m². Can also be booked at more favorable conditions under A23 on selected dates.

Maxicaravan

For 2-6 people, approx. 33 m². Kitchenette (2-burner gas or electric stove, refrigerator), dining area, air conditioning, 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, shower, toilet, small covered and furnished terrace. Also available in approx. 34 m² size with a 2nd bathroom as Maxicaravan Prestige (WMP) or Maxicaravan Deluxe (WMD).

Breakfast buffet and, with half board, dinner (3-course menu with choice of starter, main course, side dish, and dessert; 0.5 liters of water, 1/4 liter of wine per person, and one drink or 0.5 liters of mineral water for children included).
