The spacious holiday village is in a quiet location and is situated directly on the artificial sandy beach of Sirmione. Shops, bars, and restaurants are less than 1 km away. The town centre is approx. 3 km away.

The well-maintained holiday village covers an area of approx. 160,000 m² and offers 294 apartments. It features a reception, a restaurant with a terrace, a café, a snack bar, a supermarket, a souvenir shop, an amphitheatre, and parking. The extensive gardens include three swimming pools, a pool bar (open from mid-June to mid-September), a river pool with a counter-current system, sun loungers, and parasols. Wi-Fi available for a fee.

For 2-6 people, approx. 33 m². Kitchenette (2 gas or electric hobs, fridge), dining area, air conditioning, 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, shower, WC, small covered furnished terrace.
