The resort is part of the holiday complex Parc Hotel Paradiso & Golf Resort. The centre of Peschiera is approx. 2km away, as is Lake Garda. Hotel shuttle to Peschiera (March-October, timetable at reception) included.

The complex has 173 residential units spread across 4 buildings, reception (in the new central reception, near Residence Eden), lagoon pool with water slide, pool bar (9 am-7 pm), garden with sun loungers and umbrellas (included), Wi-Fi (included), and an online mini-market.

Accommodation

2-room apartment

The friendly furnished apartments (approx. 40m²) have a living room with sleeping facilities and a separate bedroom. Bathroom, toilet, shower, kitchenette with fridge, freezer compartment, electric stove, microwave and toaster, as well as air conditioning/heating (at the discretion of the management. Air conditioning approx. mid-June to mid-September) balcony or terrace.

3-room apartment

Same facilities as the 2-room apartments, but more spacious (approx. 51m²) with an additional separate bedroom.

Studio

Same facilities as the apartments, but with only one combined living/sleeping area (approx. 29m²).

Fun & Sport: Sports activities within the animation program: the skate park, the new bouncy castle can be used free of charge every day as part of the animation program and only together with the animators. (Sports animation takes place outdoors, so the dates of implementation may change depending on the weather forecast). Mini Club (4-11 years), Junior Club (12-17 years). Cots and high chairs available on request.

Wellness

Wellness center at the Parc Hotel with sauna, Turkish steam bath, solarium, whirlpool (for a fee). Indoor pool (included).

Hotel Service

Bed linen and initial towel set included (change on request after 4 or 11 nights, bed linen is changed after 7 nights). Final cleaning included except for the kitchenette, which must be cleaned by the guest themselves (if not, 30 euros will be withheld from the deposit). Extra change of bed linen and towels: 15 € per person. Extra weekly cleaning (except kitchenette): 25 € for studio, 30 € for 1-bedroom, 35 € for 2-bedroom.
