The resort is part of the Parc Hotel Paradiso & Golf Resort complex. The center of Peschiera is approx. 2 km away, and it is approx. 2 km to Lake Garda. Hotel shuttle to Peschiera (March–October, schedule available at the reception) included.

The complex has 173 residential units spread over 4 buildings, a reception (at the new central reception, near Residence Eden), a lagoon pool with a water slide, a pool bar (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM), garden area with loungers and parasols (included), Wi-Fi (included), and an online mini-market.

Accommodation

2-room apartment

The friendly furnished apartments (approx. 40m²) feature a living room with sleeping options and a separate bedroom. Bathroom, WC, shower, kitchenette with refrigerator, freezer compartment, electric stove, microwave and toaster, as well as air conditioning/heating (at the management's discretion; air conditioning approx. mid-June to mid-September) and balcony or terrace.

Same facilities as the 2-room apartments, but more spacious (approx. 51m²) with an additional separate bedroom.

Same facilities as the apartments, but with only one combined living/sleeping room (approx. 29m²).

Fun & Sport: Sports activities within the animation program: the skate park and the new bouncy castle can be used free of charge every day as part of the animation program and only when accompanied by the entertainers (the sports animation takes place outdoors, so implementation dates may change depending on the weather forecast). Cots and high chairs available on request.

Wellness

Hotel service

Initial supply of bed linen and towels included (change on request after 4 or 11 days, bed linen changed after 7 days). Final cleaning included except for the kitchenette, which must be cleaned by the guest (otherwise 30 euros will be deducted from the deposit). Extra change of bed linen and towels: 15 € per person. Extra apartment cleaning (excluding kitchenette): 25 € for mono, 30 € for bilo, 35 € for trilo.
