Location

The well-maintained apartment complex is located in a quiet area directly on the southwestern shore of Lake Garda, with a magnificent view of the Sirmione peninsula and Desenzano. Nestled in a spacious green area, it offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday by the lake. The center is approx. 1.8 km away, and Desenzano can be reached in about 3 km. Shopping facilities are located within a distance of approx. 2 to 4 km, with restaurants and bars just 200 m away. Golf enthusiasts will find several renowned golf courses within a 5 to 10 km radius, including Arzaga, Garda Golf, Chervò, and Paradiso. Situated directly on a public beach, the complex features a swimming pool with a separate children's pool, offering ideal conditions for relaxed holidays on Lake Garda.

The complex comprises 80 modern apartments, nestled in a spacious, well-kept garden. Facilities include a reception, Wi-Fi (included), a barbecue area with tables and benches, and a vending machine for drinks. The outdoor area features a swimming pool (approx. 18 x 9 m) with a separate children's pool and a sunbathing lawn right by the lake. Sun loungers, cushions, and parasols are available for a fee (approx. 10 € per week). The public beach (approx. May to mid-September) is accessible via direct entry. A bread roll delivery service is available on-site for a fee. In the interest of sustainability, guests are kindly asked to separate their waste and dispose of it properly.

2-room apartment (until 2026)

The modern, ground-floor apartments are situated on the lake side and mostly feature a lake view. Amenities include a kitchenette with an electric stove and refrigerator, dining area, German filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, satellite TV, safe, air conditioning/heating, as well as a shower/WC with a bidet and hairdryer. Each apartment offers a covered, furnished terrace with a table, chairs, sun loungers, and a drying rack, as well as a private garden. A microwave and an Italian coffee maker (Moka) are available upon request free of charge. The approx. 35 m² apartments feature a living/bedroom with a double sofa bed and a separate double bedroom.

3-room apartment (until 2026)

Features the same amenities as the two-room apartments, but is more spacious with approx. 43 m² and two separate bedrooms, including one double room and a smaller room with bunk beds. (AB1)

Comfort Apartment Lake View (from 2027)

The comfortable and modernly furnished, approx. 35 m² apartments feature a kitchenette with an electric stove and refrigerator, dining area, German filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, bathroom with shower/WC, bidet, and hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, safe, and satellite TV with German and international channels. A microwave and an Italian coffee maker (Moka) are available upon request free of charge. Air conditioning and heating are included. Further amenities include a covered, furnished terrace with two sun loungers and a private garden. For 2 to 4 persons. Living/bedroom with a double sofa bed and a separate double bedroom.

Superior Family Apartment Lake View (from 2027)

For 4 to 6 persons. With the same amenities as the Comfort Apartments, but more spacious with approx. 43 m² and two separate bedrooms, including one double bedroom and a smaller bedroom with bunk beds. With a covered terrace, private garden, and lake view.

A security deposit of approx. 150 € will be required via credit card upon key collection.
