Location

Quiet, directly on the southwestern shore of the lake with a magnificent view of the Sirmione and Desenzano peninsula. Approx. 1800 m to the center, approx. 3 km to Desenzano, shops approx. 2-4 km, restaurants and bars approx. 200 m. Within a 5 to 10 km radius are the golf courses: Arzaga, Gardagolf, Chervò, Paradiso.

The complex has 80 modernly furnished apartments with a reception, Wi-Fi (incl.), barbecue area with tables and benches. Furthermore, there is a well-kept outdoor area with a swimming pool (approx. 18 x 9 m) with a separate children's pool, a sunbathing lawn directly on the lake with sun loungers, mattresses (for a fee, can be reserved, approx. € 10,-/week) and sunshades. Direct access to the public bathing beach (approx. May-mid-September) and a drink vending machine. Bread service on site (for a fee).

New and modern furnished apartments, ground floor, facing the lake, with lake view. All apartments have a kitchenette (electric stove, refrigerator), dining area, electric German filter coffee machine of the Braun brand, safe, satellite TV, heating/air conditioning, bathroom with shower/toilet, bidet, hairdryer, covered terrace and private garden with garden furniture, two sun loungers and a clothes rack. Microwave and kettle available on request on site.
2F/3F/4F Two-room apartment for 2-4 people, for max. 4 people, approx. 35 m², living/bedroom with double sofa bed and 1 double bedroom.
1 baby cot: approx. € 19,-/week, on request, reservation required. The maximum number of persons must not be exceeded.
