Location

The hotel is located in a quiet area of Kolymbia. The beach is approx. 350 m away. Tavernas and shops are located in the immediate vicinity and are easily accessible on foot. Rhodes town is approx. 23 km away. Public buses run to Rhodes Town and Faliraki, and a bus stop is located near the hotel.

Facilities

The family-friendly resort has a total of 162 rooms and consists of a main building and 3 annex buildings, surrounded by a well-maintained garden. Facilities include a reception, lobby, main restaurant "Elia" with show cooking and a welcoming outdoor terrace. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. In the well-kept garden area, there is a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool and water slides, as well as a pool bar/snack bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool, and available at the beach for a fee.

Renovated Double Room Superior (from Summer 2026)

The Superior Double Rooms have been renovated and are more modernly furnished, featuring a double bed, bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, safe (rental fee), Wi-Fi, refrigerator, air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace (DSU/DSI).
Further amenities include bathrobes and slippers, coffee and tea making facilities with daily replenishment, and a Nespresso machine with 4 capsules daily.
In addition, toiletries are provided in the bathroom for our guests.
Also available with the same renovated amenities as economy rooms (2RP) or for single occupancy (DSE/DAE).

Junior Suite Sharing Pool

With equally modern furnishings, the Junior Suites are more spacious.
All Junior Suites are located on the ground floor and feature a double bed, 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, telephone, satellite TV, safe (rental fee), Wi-Fi, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, Nespresso machine with 4 capsules daily, air conditioning, and a furnished terrace with sun loungers and a parasol, as well as access to the sharing pool (bookable for ages 7 and up, J2).

The Family Rooms Sharing Pool have the same amenities as the Junior Suite Sharing Pool (bookable for ages 7 and up, F2H).

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience tax, which is payable by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room starting from 01.01.2025.
For stays in high season from April 1 to October 31:
