Location

The hotel is located in a quiet area of Kolymbia. The beach can be reached in approx. 350m walk. Tavernas and shops are located in the immediate vicinity and within easy walking distance. Rhodes town is approx. 23 km away. Public buses run to Rhodes town and Faliraki, and a bus stop is located near the hotel.

Facilities

The family-friendly complex has a total of 162 rooms and consists of a main building and 3 annex buildings, surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden. Facilities include a reception, lobby, main restaurant "Elia" with show cooking and a welcoming outdoor terrace. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. In the well-maintained garden area, there is a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool and water slides, as well as a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool, and are available for a fee on the beach.

Double room Superior renovated (from Summer 2026)

The Superior double rooms are renovated and more modernly furnished, and feature a double bed, bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, safety deposit box (rental fee), Wi-Fi, refrigerator, air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace (DSU/DSI).
Further amenities include bathrobes and slippers, coffee and tea maker with daily refill, and a Nespresso machine with 4 capsules daily.
In addition, toiletries are provided in the bathroom for our guests.
Also available with the same renovated amenities as a promo room (2RP) or for single occupancy (DSE/DAE).

Junior Suite Sharing Pool

With equally modern furnishings, the Junior Suites are more spacious.
All Junior Suites are located on the ground floor and have a double bed, 2 single beds, bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, telephone, satellite TV, safety deposit box (rental fee), Wi-Fi, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, Nespresso machine with 4 capsules daily, air conditioning, and a furnished terrace with sun loungers and umbrella, and access to the sharing pool (bookable for ages 7 and above, J2).

Note on Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from 01.01.2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01.01.2025.
