Location

The hotel is located in a quiet area and is approx. 150 m from the sand/pebble beach of Kolymbia, the centre approx. 500 m away. The bus stop is directly in front of the hotel. Rhodes town is approx. 25 km away and Faliraki approx. 12 km.

Facilities

The complex, popular with regular guests, has 100 rooms, a reception area with reception and rental safes, restaurant, bar, Wi-Fi (for a fee), satellite TV. In the garden there is a freshwater pool with sun terrace, a lawn and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool, for a fee at the beach.

Double room Superior Sharing Pool

The rooms, renovated since summer 2023, are modernly designed and feature a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (included), satellite TV, direct dial telephone, fridge. Furnished terrace with comfortable sun loungers and access to the sharing pool (P2H).

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government is levying a climate resilience tax, which is to be paid by the guest on site, similar to a visitor's tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be staggered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01.01.2025.
