The hotel is situated in a quiet area, approximately 150 m from the sandy/pebble beach of Kolymbia, and about 500 m from the center. The bus stop is directly in front of the hotel. Rhodes Town is about 25 km away, and Faliraki is about 12 km away.

This popular complex with 100 rooms offers a reception area with a desk and safety deposit boxes for rent, a restaurant, bar, Wi-Fi (for a fee), and satellite TV. In the garden, there is a freshwater pool with a sun terrace, a sunbathing lawn, and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool, and available for a fee on the beach.

Renovated since summer 2023, these rooms feature a modern design with a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (included), satellite TV, direct dial telephone, and refrigerator. Furnished terrace with comfortable sun loungers and direct access to the shared pool (P2H).

Information on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, payable by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room from 01.01.2025.
For stays in high season from April 1st to October 31st:
National category 1-2 stars: 2 Euros
National category 3 stars: 5 Euros
National category 4 stars: 10 Euros
National category 5 stars: 15 Euros
For stays in low season from November 1st to March 31st:
