Location

The hotel is located in a quiet area, approx. 150 m from the sand/shingle beach of Kolymbia, and the town center is approx. 500 m away. A bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel. It is approx. 25 km to Rhodes Town and approx. 12 km to Faliraki.

Facilities

This popular complex, well-liked by regular guests, features 100 rooms, a lobby with reception and rental safes, a restaurant, a bar, Wi-Fi (for a fee), and satellite TV. In the garden, there is a freshwater pool with a sun terrace, a sunbathing area, and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers and parasols are included at the pool and available for a fee at the beach.

Double room Superior Sharing Pool

Renovated in summer 2023, these rooms feature a modern design and are equipped with a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (included), satellite TV, and refrigerator. Furnished terrace with comfortable sun loungers and access to a shared pool (P2H).
The pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We kindly ask for cautious behavior and special attention when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Destination information climate resilience fee

For stays starting from 1/1/2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, similar to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is staggered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room as of 1/1/2025.
For stays during high season 1/4–31/10:
