Location

Newly built for the 2026 summer season, the Serenity Aqua is part of the Belvita Hotel (formerly Loutanis) and is located approximately 700 m from Kolymbia Beach, a sandy/pebble beach to which a free shuttle is offered from May to October. The tourist center is approximately 600 m away. The town of Afandou is approximately 7 km away (Faliraki approx. 10 km, Rhodes Town approx. 25 km). Shopping facilities are located approximately 600 m from the hotel, and a supermarket can be reached after about 300 m. The nearest bars and restaurants can be reached in about 300 m, and it is approximately 600 m to the nearest disco/bar. The following sights can be reached from the hotel: Faliraki Water Park (approx. 15 km), Lindos (approx. 25 km), Seven Springs (approx. 3 km) and Kalithea Springs (approx. 19 km). A bus stop is approximately 200 m away. Rhodes Airport is approximately 35 km away.

Facilities

The hotel, newly opened in June 2026, is available for guests aged 7 and over and is a schauinsland-reisen Original. It offers an ideal retreat for relaxing vacation days. The property has 58 rooms spread across 7 buildings with 2 floors.
Reception takes place at the 24-hour desk. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel area. A restaurant and a pool bar provide for your physical well-being. In the garden area, a pool invites you to swim and relax. In addition, a whirlpool is available in the immediate vicinity, inviting you to moments of relaxation. Sun umbrellas and loungers are included by the pool and available for a fee at the beach. The facilities of the Hotel Belvita can be used in part.

Superior Double Room

The spacious rooms are located on the upper floor directly by the communal pool and are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, individual air conditioning, Wi-Fi, telephone, safe, smart TV, mini-fridge, coffee/tea station (replenished daily), a sofa bed, blackout curtains, and a furnished balcony (2UR/DAS/X2A/DSI).
Upon arrival, a refillable glass bottle of water, wine, and fruit are provided. Can also be booked for single use (1UR/1RU).

Superior Sharing Pool Double Room

With the same facilities as the Superior Double Rooms, these are located on the ground floor and offer a terrace with sun loungers and access to the communal pool (DWP/HA2/YU2). Can also be booked for single use (EWP/WU1).
The pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We ask for prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased potential danger for small children.
For safety reasons, schauinsland-reisen therefore has a minimum age requirement of 7 years for children for bookings of these room types.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form. In addition, snacks such as hot dogs, toast, and salads are available from 10:30 am to 5:30 pm. Dinner can be taken once per stay in the à la carte restaurant; advance reservation is required.
Drinks are included at the currently open bar from 10:30 am to 11 pm (soft drinks, water, juice, coffee, tea, cocoa, red and white wine, and beer), as well as ouzo, gin, vodka, rum, various long drinks, and cocktails from 12 pm to 11 pm.

Information on Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from Jan 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and has been staggered from Jan 1, 2025, from 0.50 euros to 15 euros per day and room.
