The Serenity Aqua, newly built for summer 2026, belongs to the Belvita Hotel (formerly Loutanis) and is located about 700m from Kolymbia Beach, a sand/pebble beach, with a free shuttle service offered from May to October. The tourist center is about 600m away. The town of Afandou is about 7km away (Faliraki about 10km, Rhodes Town about 25km). Shops are located about 600m from the hotel, and a supermarket can be reached in about 300m. The nearest bars and restaurants are about 300m away. The nearest disco is about 500m away. The following attractions are accessible from the hotel: Faliraki Water Park (approx. 15km), Lindos (approx. 25km), Seven Springs (approx. 3km), and Kalithea Springs (approx. 19km). A bus stop is about 200m away. Rhodes Airport is about 35km away.

The hotel (bookable for guests aged 7 and over), newly built for summer 2026, is a schauinsland-reisen original and an ideal retreat for relaxing holidays. The property has 60 rooms, spread across 7 buildings with 2 floors.
Check-in is at the 24-hour reception in the Belvita Hotel, which is located right next door. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. For culinary delights, there is a restaurant (air-conditioned) and a pool bar. In the garden area, a pool invites you to swim and relax. Additionally, a whirlpool is available in the immediate vicinity, inviting you to enjoy relaxing moments. Sunshades and loungers are included by the pool, available at the beach for a fee. The facilities of the Hotel Belvita can be used.

The spacious rooms are located on the upper floor directly by the communal pool and are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, individual air conditioning, Wi-Fi, telephone, safe, satellite TV, mini-fridge, coffee/tea station (refilled daily), a sofa bed, blackout curtains, and a furnished balcony (2UR/X2A/DSI).
Water, wine, and fruit are provided upon arrival. Optionally bookable for single use (1UR/1RU).

Located on the ground floor with the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, these rooms offer a terrace with sun loungers and direct access to the communal pool (DWP/YU2). Optionally bookable for single use (EWP/WU1).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style. Additionally, snacks such as hot dogs, toast, and salads are available from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Once per stay, dinner can be enjoyed at the à la carte restaurant; prior reservation is required.
Drinks are included at the open bar from 10:30 AM to 11 PM (soft drinks, water, juice, coffee, tea, cocoa, red and white wine, and beer) and from 12 PM to 11 PM for Ouzo, Gin, Vodka, Rum, various long drinks, and cocktails.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government is levying a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01.01.2025.
