Location

Newly built for Summer 2026, the Serenity Aqua belongs to the Belvita Hotel (formerly Loutanis) and is located approx. 700 m from Kolymbia Beach, a sand/pebble beach, with a free shuttle service available from May to October. The tourist center is about 600 m away. The town of Afandou is approx. 7 km away (Faliraki approx. 10 km, Rhodes Town approx. 25 km). Shops are located about 600 m from the hotel, and a supermarket is reachable within approx. 300 m. The nearest bars and restaurants are about 300 m away. The nearest disco is about 500 m away. The following sights are accessible from the hotel: Faliraki Water Park (approx. 15 km), Lindos (approx. 25 km), Seven Springs (approx. 3 km), and Kalithea Springs (approx. 19 km). A bus stop is about 200 m away. Rhodes Airport is about 35 km away.

Facilities

Newly built for Summer 2026, the hotel (bookable for guests aged 7 and over) is a Schauinsland-Reisen original and an ideal retreat for relaxing holidays. The hotel has 60 rooms spread across 7 buildings with 2 floors.
The reception is located at the 24-hour reception in the Belvita Hotel, which is directly next door. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. For culinary delights, there is a restaurant (air-conditioned) and a pool bar. In the garden, a pool invites you to swim and relax. Additionally, a whirlpool is available in the immediate vicinity, offering moments of relaxation. Sunshades and loungers are included by the pool and available at the beach for a fee. The facilities of the Hotel Belvita can be used.

The spacious rooms are located on the upper floor directly by the communal pool and are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, individual air conditioning, Wi-Fi, telephone, safe, satellite TV, mini-fridge, coffee/tea station (refilled daily), a sofa bed, blackout curtains, and a furnished balcony (2UR/X2A/DSI).
Water, wine, and fruit are provided upon arrival. Optionally bookable for single occupancy (1UR/1RU).

Double Room Superior Sharing Pool

With the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior, these rooms are located on the ground floor and offer a terrace with sun loungers and access to the communal pool (DWP/YU2). Optionally bookable for single occupancy (EWP/WU1).
"The Double Rooms Superior Sharing Pool are not supervised by a lifeguard. Therefore, the use of this area requires special attention towards children and careful behavior."

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style. Snacks such as hot dogs, toast, and salads are also available from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Once per stay, you can opt for dinner at the à la carte restaurant, with prior reservation required.
Beverages are included at the open bar from 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM (soft drinks, water, juice, coffee, tea, cocoa, red and white wine, and beer), as well as Ouzo, gin, vodka, rum, various long drinks, and cocktails from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Note for Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01.01.2025.
For stays during the high season from 1st April to 31st October:
Land category 1-2 stars: 2 Euros
Land category 3 stars: 5 Euros
Land category 4 stars: 10 Euros

For stays during the low season from 1st November to 31st March:
