The Mayia Exclusive Resort & Spa, a member of the "HHotels Collection," is located in Kiotari. The hotel is approximately 50 meters from the sand/pebble beach, accessed via a side street. Shops and entertainment venues are in the vicinity. The distance to the airport is about 60 km.

Built in summer 2018, this adults-only hotel (16+ years) features 250 rooms and offers a 24-hour reception with a lobby, a main restaurant, patisserie, three à la carte restaurants: "Thymari" (Greek), "Al dente" (Italian), and "Wasabi" (Asian), Beach Bar "Splash", Street Food Corner, and Comfort Food. Lobby Bar "Del Mar", Nightclub "Bo" (several times a week), and Wine & Champagne Bar "Oinos". Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. The outdoor area includes a pool landscape with a sun terrace and pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach.

Deluxe Double Room Sea View

The modernly furnished rooms are located in the main building and feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, designer toiletries, pillow menu, bathrobes, slippers, beach bag, Wi-Fi, Smart satellite TV with music channels, coffee/tea making facilities, Nespresso machine, minibar, telephone, air conditioning, safe, double bed or 2 single beds, beach towels, turndown service, and a furnished balcony (DDM). Guests also receive a welcome drink upon arrival.

Deluxe Bungalow Sharing Pool

These rooms have the same basic amenities as the Deluxe Bungalows and feature a terrace with garden view and access to a (heated) sharing pool (DH2).

Junior Suite Sea View

These spacious junior suites, otherwise equipped like the Deluxe Double Rooms, feature a bath or shower/WC and an additional sofa (J2M).
Optionally available with a sharing pool (heated) and a terrace with sea view (J2H). All junior suites are located in the annex buildings.

These rooms have the same amenities as the Junior Suite Sea View and feature a terrace with sea view and access to a (heated) sharing pool (J2H).

Premium Bungalow Suite Sea View

These comfortably furnished suites feature a spacious interior with a bedroom visually separated from the living area with a sofa bed by a sliding door. The amenities include a stylish bathroom with bath or shower/WC, two sinks, hairdryer, scale, and luxury toiletries, 2 LED flat-screen Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, safe, air conditioning, direct dial telephone (for a fee), coffee/tea making facilities, Nespresso machine, minibar, make-up mirror, turndown service, beach towels, and a balcony with sea view (PBM).

Suite Private Pool Sea View

The large Mayia Suites are located in the annex buildings and, in addition to the amenities of the Junior Suites, feature a combined living/sleeping area with a sofa bed, a separate bedroom, and a second bathroom with bath and shower/WC, as well as a private pool (heated/IP2).
Free VIP airport transfer is available upon request.

Breakfast (7 AM-11 AM), lunch (12:30 PM-2:30 PM), and dinner (6:30 PM-9:30 PM) are served buffet-style in the main restaurant. Alternatively, dinner can be enjoyed in one of the 3 à la carte restaurants (unlimited, subject to availability, reservation required). The Street Food Corner offers a selection of international specialties from 11 AM to 5:30 PM. Snacks and more are available by the pool from 12 PM to 5 PM. Ice cream, an international selection from the patisserie, and various coffee specialties are available from 11 AM to 11 PM.
The beach bar offers a selection of drinks from 10 AM to 6 PM. The pool bar is available to guests from 10 AM to 1 AM. At the Wine & Champagne Bar, guests can enjoy a selection of wines, champagne, sparkling wine, paired with small snacks.
International alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are served at the respective open bar from 10 AM to 1 AM.

Note on Climate Resilience Contribution

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience contribution, payable by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from January 1, 2025, ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
