Location

The Mayia Exclusive Resort & Spa, a member of the "HHotels Collection", is located in Kiotari. The hotel is situated approx. 50 m from the sandy/pebble beach, across a side road. Shops and entertainment facilities are in the vicinity. The distance to the airport is approx. 60 km.

The adults-only hotel, built for summer 2018 (ages 16+), features 250 rooms and offers a 24-hour reception with a lobby, main restaurant, patisserie, 3 à la carte restaurants "Thymari" (Greek), "Al dente" (Italian) and "Wasabi" (Asian), beach bar "Splash", Street Food Corner and Comfort Food. Lobby bar "Del Mar", nightclub "Bo" (several times a week) as well as wine and champagne bar "Oinos". Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. The outdoor area features a pool landscape with sun terrace and pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach.

Double Room Deluxe Sea View

The modernly furnished rooms are located in the main building and have a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, designer toiletries, pillow menu, bathrobes, slippers, beach bag, Wi-Fi, Smart Sat-TV with music channels, coffee/tea maker, Nespresso machine, minibar, telephone, air conditioning, safe, double bed or 2 single beds, beach towels, turndown service, and a furnished balcony (DDM). Upon arrival, guests also receive a welcome drink.
Also available for single use (DM1).

Double Room Deluxe Sharing Pool Sea View

Junior Suite Sea View

The spacious Junior Suites, with the same amenities as the Double Room Deluxe, have a shower/WC and an additional sofa (J2M).
Optionally available with a sharing pool (heated) and a terrace with sea view (J2H). All Junior Suites are located in the annex buildings.

Premium Bungalow Suite Sea View

These comfortably furnished suites feature a spacious interior with a bedroom, optically separated from the living area with a sofa bed by a sliding door. The amenities include a stylish bathroom with bath or shower/WC, two sinks, hairdryer, scale, and luxurious toiletries, 2 LED flat-screen Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, safe, air conditioning, direct dial telephone (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, Nespresso machine, minibar, make-up mirror, turndown service, bath towels, and a balcony with sea view (PBM).

Suite Private Pool Sea View

The large Mayia Suites are located in the annex building and, in addition to the same amenities as the Junior Suites, feature a combined living/sleeping area with a sofa bed, a separate bedroom, a second bathroom with bath and shower/WC, and a private pool (heated/IP2).
Free VIP airport transfer available (on request).

Breakfast (7 am - 11 am), lunch (12:30 pm - 2:30 pm) and dinner (6:30 pm - 9:30 pm) are served as a buffet in the main restaurant. Alternatively, dinner can be taken in one of the 3 à la carte restaurants (unlimited, subject to availability, reservation required). The Street Food Corner offers a selection of international specialties from 11 am to 5:30 pm. Snacks and more are available by the pool from 12 pm to 5 pm. Ice cream, an international selection from the patisserie, and various coffee specialties are available from 11 am to 11 pm.
The beach bar offers guests a selection of drinks from 10 am to 6 pm. The pool bar is available to guests from 10 am to 1 am. At the wine and champagne bar, guests can enjoy a selection of wines, champagne, sparkling wine combined with small snacks.
International alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are served at the respective open bar from 10 am to 1 am.

Note on Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from 1.1.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, payable by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 1.1.2025, ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
