The Mayia Exclusive Resort & Spa, a member of the "HHotels Collection", is located in Kiotari. The hotel is situated approximately 50 m from the sand/pebble beach via a side road. Shopping and entertainment venues can be found in the immediate vicinity. The distance to the airport is approx. 60 km.

Built for the summer of 2018, this adults-only hotel (minimum age 16) has 250 rooms and features a 24-hour reception with lobby, main restaurant, patisserie, and four à la carte restaurants: "Thymari" (Greek), "Al dente" (Italian), and "Wasabi" (Asian), "Splash" beach bar, "Flame" steakhouse, as well as a street food corner and comfort food. Amenities include the "Del Mar" lobby bar, "Bo" nightclub (open several times a week), and "Oinos" wine and champagne bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the property. The outdoor area features a pool landscape with a sun terrace and pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool and beach.

These modern rooms are located in the main building and feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, designer toiletries, pillow menu, bathrobes, slippers, beach bag, Wi-Fi, smart satellite TV with music channels, coffee/tea making facilities, Nespresso machine, minibar, telephone, air conditioning, safe, double bed or 2 single beds, pool towels, turndown service, and a furnished balcony (DDM). Suite Private Pool Sea View

The large Mayia Suites are located in the annex building and, with the same amenities as the Junior Suites, additionally feature a combined living/sleeping area with a sofa bed, a separate bedroom, and a 2nd bathroom with bath and shower/WC, as well as a private pool (heated/IP2).
Complimentary VIP airport transfer available (upon request).

The Street Food Corner offers a selection of international specialties from 11 am to 5:30 pm. Snacks and more are available at the pool from 12 pm to 5 pm. Ice cream, an international selection from the patisserie, and various specialty coffees are available from 11 am to 11 pm.
The beach bar offers guests a selection of drinks from 10 am to 6 pm. The pool bar is available to guests from 10 am to 1 am. At the wine and champagne bar, guests receive a selection of wines, champagne, and sparkling wine combined with small appetizers.
