Location

The Mayia Exclusive Resort & Spa, a member of the "HHotels Collection," is located in Kiotari. The hotel is situated approximately 50 meters from the sand/pebble beach, accessible via a side road. Shops and entertainment venues are within close proximity. The distance to the airport is about 60 km.

Built in summer 2018, this adults-only hotel (16+ years) offers 250 rooms and features a 24-hour reception with a lobby, a main restaurant, a patisserie, three à la carte restaurants: "Thymari" (Greek), "Al dente" (Italian), and "Wasabi" (Asian). Additionally, there is the "Splash" beach bar, a Street Food Corner, and Comfort Food. The "Del Mar" lobby bar, "Bo" nightclub (several times a week), and the "Oinos" wine and champagne bar are also available. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. The outdoor area boasts a pool landscape with a sun terrace and pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are complimentary by the pool and on the beach.

Double Room Deluxe Sea View

The modernly furnished rooms are located in the main building and feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, designer toiletries, pillow menu, bathrobes, slippers, beach bag, Wi-Fi, Smart satellite TV with music channels, coffee/tea making facilities, Nespresso machine, minibar, telephone, air conditioning, safe, double bed or 2 single beds, beach towels, turndown service, and a furnished balcony (DDM). Upon arrival, guests will also receive a welcome drink. Available as a single occupancy option (DM1).

Double Room Deluxe Sharing Pool Sea View

These rooms, with the same amenities as the Double Rooms Deluxe Sea View, offer access to a (heated) shared pool (EU2).

Double Room Premium Sea View

These rooms are more spacious than the Double Deluxe rooms and have the same amenities (2PM). They are also located in the main building on the upper floors.

Bungalow Deluxe Sea View

Located in the annex buildings, these rooms have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Deluxe, but feature a walk-in shower (2BM).

Deluxe Bungalow Sharing Pool

These bungalows have the same basic amenities as the Deluxe Bungalows, along with a terrace with garden views and access to a (heated) shared pool (DH2).

Junior Suite Sea View

These spacious junior suites, otherwise equipped like the Double Rooms Deluxe, feature a shower/WC and an additional sofa (J2M). Available with a shared pool (heated) and sea-view terrace (J2H). All junior suites are located in the annex buildings.

These junior suites have the same amenities as the Junior Suite Sea View, along with a sea-view terrace and access to a (heated) shared pool (J2H).

Premium Bungalow Suite Sea View

These comfortably furnished suites offer a spacious interior with a bedroom optically separated from the living area with a sofa bed by a sliding door. Amenities include a stylish bathroom with bath or shower/WC, two sinks, hairdryer, scale, and luxury toiletries, 2 LED flat-screen smart TVs, Wi-Fi, safe, air conditioning, direct dial telephone (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, Nespresso machine, minibar, makeup mirror, turndown service, bath towels, and a balcony with sea view (PBM). Available as a shared pool option with sea view (PBP).

These rooms have the same amenities as the Premium Bungalow Suite Sea View and offer access to a shared pool (PBP).

Suite Private Pool Sea View

The large Mayia Suites are located in the annex building and, in addition to the amenities of the Junior Suites, feature a combined living/sleeping area with a sofa bed, a separate bedroom, and a second bathroom with a bath and shower/WC, as well as a private pool (heated/IP2). Complimentary VIP airport transfer is available upon request.

Breakfast (7 am-11 am), lunch (12:30 pm-2:30 pm), and dinner (6:30 pm-9:30 pm) are served buffet-style in the main restaurant. Alternatively, dinner can be enjoyed in one of the 3 à la carte restaurants (unlimited, subject to availability, reservation required). The Street Food Corner offers a selection of international specialties from 11 am to 5:30 pm. Snacks and more are available by the pool from 12 pm to 5 pm. Ice cream, an international selection from the patisserie, and various coffee specialties are available from 11 am to 11 pm. The beach bar offers a selection of drinks from 10 am to 6 pm. The pool bar is available from 10 am to 1 am. At the wine and champagne bar, guests can enjoy a selection of wines, champagne, and sparkling wine paired with small bites. International alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available at the respective open bars from 10 am to 1 am.

Note on climate resilience contribution
