The Mayia Exclusive Resort & Spa, a member of the "HHotels Collection", is located in Kiotari. The hotel is situated approximately 50 m from the sand/pebble beach via a side road. Shopping and entertainment options are located in the immediate vicinity. The distance to the airport is approx. 60 km.

Built in summer 2018, this adults-only hotel (ages 16+) features 250 rooms and offers a 24-hour reception with a lobby, main restaurant, patisserie, four à-la-carte restaurants "Thymari" (Greek), "Al dente" (Italian), and "Wasabi" (Asian), "Splash" beach bar, "Flame" steakhouse, Street Food Corner, and Comfort Food. There is a "Del Mar" lobby bar, "Bo" nightclub (several times a week), and an "Oinos" wine and champagne bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the property. The outdoor area includes a pool landscape with a sun terrace and pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool and beach.

Suite Private Pool Sea View

The large Mayia Suites are located in the annex building and feature, in addition to the amenities of the Junior Suites, a combined living/sleeping area with a sofa bed, a separate bedroom, and a 2nd bathroom with bath and shower/WC, as well as a private pool (heated/IP2).
Free VIP airport transfer is possible (upon request).

Breakfast (7-11 am), lunch (12:30-2:30 pm), and dinner (6:30-9:30 pm) are served buffet-style in the main restaurant. Alternatively, dinner can be taken in one of the 4 à-la-carte restaurants (unlimited, subject to availability, reservation required). The Street Food Corner offers a selection of specialties from around the world from 11 am-5:30 pm. Snacks and more are available at the pool from 12-5 pm. Ice cream, an international selection from the patisserie, and various coffee specialties are available from 11 am-11 pm.
The beach bar offers a selection of drinks from 10 am-6 pm. The pool bar is available to guests from 10 am-1 am. At the wine and champagne bar, guests receive a selection of wines, champagne, and sparkling wine combined with small appetizers.
International alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available at the currently open bar from 10 am-1 am.
