The modern hotel, a member of the "H Hotels Collection", is located in Kiotari, just approx. 150 m from the Blue Flag awarded sandy/pebble beach. The center of Kiotari is approx. 1 km away, Lindos approx. 15 km. The village of Lardos can be reached in approx. 7 km. The distance to the airport is approx. 59 km.

The complex has 537 rooms spread across several buildings and features a lobby, reception, TV area in the lobby, Wi-Fi (included), hairdresser, mini-market, main restaurant, à la carte restaurants "Moonlight" (Mediterranean), "Rozu" (Japanese/Peruvian), "Pardesi" (Indian cuisine), "Coral" (BBQ Restaurant), two theme restaurants (Italian and Tex-Mex buffet) and two all-day restaurants (at the main pool and at the water park) and an ice cream parlor (Gelato). The form in which the various restaurants are included is shown in the "Premium All Inclusive" description. The hotel also has a lobby bar, Fresh Pool Bar, Moonlight VIP Bar, All-day Bar (at the main pool and water park) and Cosmos Bar. Water park consisting of 11 slides, a children's pool and a water playground. In the beautiful garden area, there is the freshwater pool with sun terrace and sun loungers, umbrellas included. The use of loungers, umbrellas and towels on the beach is also included. "Coral" snack bar by the beach and pool bar. Hotel's own spa with indoor pool, sauna, whirlpool and various treatments for a fee. For 2025, a new water park is also being built, with a total of 11 slides, a children's pool and a water playground.

Deluxe Double Room

The rooms are modernly furnished and have a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, double bed or 2 single beds, telephone, minibar (daily refilled with beer, water and soft drinks), flat-screen satellite TV, safe, coffee/tea maker, air conditioning, balcony or terrace (DD2).
Also available as a double room for single occupancy (DD1).
Optional with pool view (DPB), with side sea view (DDS, with bathtub) and balcony or with direct sea view (DDM, with bathtub) and balcony.

Deluxe Double Room with Private Pool (available from Summer 2026)

In addition to the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Room, these rooms feature a bathroom with a bathtub, bathrobes and slippers, and a private pool with 2 loungers (PT2).

Family Room

These rooms have the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms but are more spacious and additionally consist of a living/sleeping area, visually separated by a sliding door (open at the top), a bathroom with bathtub, a second smart TV, garden view, and balcony (DF2).
Also available as a Family Room Superior with sharing pool and terrace (F2O).

Junior Suite

These rooms have the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, are more spacious, and additionally equipped with a seating area, king-size bed (instead of the double bed/single beds), 2 smart TVs, bathrobe, slippers, balcony, and garden view (JS2).
Available with sea view (J2M), sharing pool and sea view (J2H, with walk-in shower), or private pool without sea view (ZJP).

Superior Suite

These rooms have the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms but consist of an open-plan living/sleeping area, king-size bed, bath/WC with whirlpool bathtub, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, telephone, minibar (refilled every 2 days with beer, water and soft drinks), espresso machine, flat-screen TV, safe, air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace (SU2).

American breakfast (7:00 AM - 10:30 AM), lunch (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM) and dinner (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM) served buffet-style in the main restaurant. Early bird breakfast is available upon request on-site. There is also a late riser breakfast (10:30 AM - 11:00 AM). Soft drinks, beer, juices, and water are served during meals. For stays of 4 nights or more, you can dine once at the "Moonlight" restaurant, the "Italian" restaurant, the "Tex-Mex" restaurant, and either the "Indian" or "Nikkei" restaurant. For stays of 12 nights or more, dinner at the "Moonlight", "Italian", and "Tex-Mex" restaurants is included twice each. Advance reservation is required. Snacks are available from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM at the "Coral" snack bar and in the all-day restaurants, offering a rich buffet with a wide selection of refreshments, snacks, salads, and fresh fruits. International alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, cocktails, and coffee specialties are included from 10:00 AM to midnight at the respective open bar.

The "Coral" BBQ restaurant offers dinner from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM (for a fee).

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01/01/2018 onwards, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience levy, which is to be paid by guests locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from €0.50 to €15 per day and room from 01/01/2025.
