This modern hotel, a member of the "HHotels Collection", is located in Kiotari, only approx. 150 m from the sandy/pebble beach awarded with the Blue Flag. The center of Kiotari is about 1 km away, Lindos about 15 km. The village of Lardos can be reached in about 7 km. The distance to the airport is approx. 59 km.

The resort has 537 rooms spread across several buildings, featuring a lobby, reception, TV corner in the lobby, Wi-Fi (included), hairdresser, mini-market, main restaurant, à la carte restaurants "Moonlight" (Mediterranean), "Rozu" (Japanese/Peruvian), "Pardesi" (Indian cuisine), "Coral" (BBQ Restaurant), two themed restaurants (Italian and Tex-Mex buffet), and two all-day dining restaurants (at the main pool and water park), as well as an ice cream parlor (Gelato). The specific inclusion of these restaurants is detailed in the "Premium All Inclusive" description. Additionally, the hotel offers a lobby bar, fresh pool bar, Moonlight VIP bar, all-day bar (at the main pool and water park), and Cosmos Bar. The water park includes 11 slides, a children's pool, and a water playground. The beautifully landscaped gardens feature a freshwater pool with sun terrace, loungers, and umbrellas included. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are also included at the beach. "Coral" snack bar by the beach and pool bar. The hotel's own spa offers an indoor pool, sauna, whirlpool, and various treatments for a fee. A new water park with a total of 11 slides, a children's pool, and a water playground will be built for 2025.

Deluxe Double Room

The rooms are modernly furnished and feature a bathroom or shower/WC, hairdryer, double bed or 2 single beds, telephone, minibar (daily replenished with beer, water, and soft drinks), flatscreen satellite TV, safe, coffee/tea maker, air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace (DD2).
Options include rooms with pool view (DPB), side sea view (DDS, with bathtub) and balcony, or direct sea view (DDM, with bathtub) and balcony.
Also available as a double room for single use (DD1).

Deluxe Double Room with Private Pool (bookable from Summer 2026)

In addition to the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Room, these rooms feature a bathroom with a bathtub, bathrobes, slippers, and a private pool with 2 loungers (PT2).

Family Room

These rooms have the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms but are more spacious. They include an additional living/sleeping area, visually separated by a sliding door (open at the top), a bathroom with a bathtub, a second Smart TV, garden view, and a balcony (DF2).
Family Superior rooms with sharing pool and terrace are also available (F2O).

Junior Suite

Options include sea view (J2M), sharing pool and sea view (J2H, with walk-in shower), or private pool without sea view (ZJP).

Superior Suite

These suites have the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms but consist of an open-plan living/sleeping area, a king-size bed, a bathroom/WC with a whirlpool bathtub, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, telephone, minibar (replenished every 2 days with beer, water, and soft drinks), espresso machine, flatscreen TV, safe, air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace (SU2).

American breakfast (7:00-10:30 AM), lunch (12:30-2:30 PM), and dinner (6:30-9:30 PM) served buffet-style in the main restaurant. Early bird breakfast is available upon request. A late riser breakfast is also offered (10:30-11:00 AM). Soft drinks, beer, juices, and water are included with meals. For stays of 4 nights or more, you can enjoy dinner once each at the "Moonlight" Restaurant, "Italian" Restaurant, "Tex-Mex" Restaurant, and either the "Indian" or "Nikkei" restaurant. For stays of 12 nights or more, dinner is included twice at the "Moonlight", "Italian", and "Tex-Mex" restaurants. Advance reservation is required. Snacks are available from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM at the "Coral" snack bar and in the all-day dining restaurants, offering a rich buffet with a wide selection of refreshments, snacks, salads, and fresh fruits. International alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and coffee specialties are included from 10:00 AM to midnight at the open bars.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy
