The modern hotel, a member of the "HHotels Collection", is located in Kiotari, only approx. 150 m from the Blue Flag awarded sandy/pebbly beach. The center of Kiotari is approx. 1 km away, and Lindos is approx. 15 km away. The village of Lardos can be reached in approx. 7 km. The distance to the airport is approx. 59 km.

The complex has 537 rooms spread across several buildings and features a lobby, reception, TV corner in the lobby, Wi-Fi (included), hairdresser, mini-market, main restaurant, à-la-carte restaurants "Moonlight" (Mediterranean), "Rozu" (Japanese/Peruvian), "Pardesi" (Indian cuisine), "Coral" (BBQ restaurant), two themed restaurants (Italian and "Balsero" Tex-Mex buffet) as well as three all-day restaurants (at the main pool, at the water park, and in the beach area) and an ice cream parlor (Gelato). Details on which restaurants are included can be found in the "Premium All Inclusive" section. Furthermore, the hotel features a lobby bar, Fresh pool bar, Moonlight VIP bar, all-day bar (at the main pool and water park), and Cosmos Bar. The water park consists of 11 slides, a children's pool, and a water playground. In the beautiful garden area, there is a freshwater pool with a sun terrace; sun loungers and umbrellas are included. The use of sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels at the beach is also included. Snack bar "Coral" by the beach and pool bar. On-site spa with indoor pool, sauna, whirlpool, and various treatments for a fee. For 2025, a new water park is also being built, with a total of 11 slides, a children's pool, and a water playground.

Deluxe Double Room

The rooms are modernly furnished and feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, double bed or 2 single beds, telephone, minibar (daily refill with beer, water, and soft drinks), flatscreen satellite TV, safe, coffee/tea maker, air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace (DD2).
Alternatively bookable with pool view (DPB), with side sea view (DDS, with bathtub) and balcony, or with direct sea view (DDM, with bathtub) and balcony.
Also available for single use (DD1).

Deluxe Double Room Private Pool

Equipped the same as the Deluxe Double Rooms, they feature a bathroom with a bathtub, as well as additional bathrobes and slippers, and a private pool with 2 loungers (PT2).
The pool is not supervised. We ask for careful behavior and special attention when using this area.

Family Room

Equipped the same as the Deluxe Double Rooms, but more spacious, consisting of an additional living/bedroom area optically separated by a sliding door (open at the top), a bathroom with a bathtub, 2nd smart TV, garden view, and balcony (DF2).
Alternatively bookable as Superior Family Room with sharing pool and terrace (F2O).
The pool is not supervised. We ask for careful behavior and special attention when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Junior Suite

Equipped the same as the Deluxe Double Rooms with a bathroom including a bathtub, they are more spacious and additionally equipped with a seating area, king-size bed (instead of the double bed/single beds), 2x smart TV, bathrobe, slippers, and a balcony with garden view (JS2).
Alternatively bookable with sea view (J2M), sharing pool and sea view (J2H, with walk-in shower), or private pool without sea view (ZJP).
The pool is not supervised. We ask for careful behavior and special attention when using this area.

Superior Suite

Equipped the same as the Deluxe Double Rooms, they consist of an open living/bedroom area, king-size bed, bathroom/WC with whirlpool bathtub, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, telephone, minibar (replenished every 2nd day with beer, water, and soft drinks), espresso machine, flatscreen TV, safe, air conditioning, and balcony or terrace (SU2).

American breakfast (7:00-10:30), lunch (12:30-14:30), and dinner (18:30-21:30) in buffet style at the main restaurant; early-bird breakfast available upon request on site. Additionally, a late-riser breakfast is offered (10:30-11:00). Soft drinks, beer, juices, and water are served with meals. For stays of 4 nights or more, dinner can optionally be taken once each in the "Moonlight" restaurant, "Italian" restaurant, "Tex-Mex", and either in the "Indian" or "Nikkei" restaurant. For a minimum stay of 12 nights, dinner in the "Moonlight", "Italian", and "Tex-Mex" is included twice each. A prior reservation is required. Snacks from 10:30-17:00 at the "Coral" snack bar and in the all-day restaurants, which offer a rich buffet with a large selection of refreshments, snacks, salads, and fresh fruits. International alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, cocktails, and coffee specialties are included from 10:00-00:00 at the currently open bar.

Note on climate resilience tax

For stays starting from Jan 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience tax, to be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from €0.50 to €15 per day and room as of Jan 1, 2025.
