The modern hotel, which is a member of the "HHotels Collection", is located in Kiotari, only approx. 150 m from the Blue Flag awarded sand/pebble beach. It is approx. 1 km to the center of Kiotari and approx. 15 km to Lindos. The village of Lardos can be reached in approx. 7 km. The distance to the airport is approx. 59 km.

The complex has 537 rooms spread over several buildings and features a lobby, reception, TV corner in the lobby, Wi-Fi (included), hairdresser, mini-market, main restaurant, à la carte restaurants "Moonlight" (Mediterranean), "Rozu" (Japanese/Peruvian), "Pardesi" (Indian cuisine), "Coral" (BBQ restaurant), two themed restaurants (Italian and "Balsero" Tex-Mex buffet) as well as three all-day restaurants (at the main pool, at the water park, and in the beach area) and an ice cream parlor (Gelato). The "Premium All Inclusive" program details which restaurants are included. In addition, the hotel has a lobby bar, Fresh pool bar, Moonlight VIP bar, all-day bar (at the main pool and water park), and Cosmos bar. Water park consisting of 11 slides, a children's pool, and a water playground. In the beautiful garden, there is a freshwater pool with a sun terrace; sun loungers and parasols are included. The use of sun loungers, parasols, and bath towels is also included at the beach. "Coral" snack bar by the beach and a pool bar. On-site spa with indoor pool, sauna, whirlpool, and various treatments for a fee. For 2025, a new water park is also being built with a total of 11 slides, a children's pool, and a water playground.

Deluxe Double Room

The rooms are modernly furnished and feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, double bed or 2 single beds, telephone, minibar (daily replenishment of beer, water, and soft drinks), flat-screen satellite TV, safe, coffee/tea maker, air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace (DD2).
Optionally bookable with pool view (DPB) or partial sea view (DDS, with bathtub).
Also available for single occupancy (DD1).

Deluxe Double Room Private Pool

With the same equipment as the Deluxe Double Room, these rooms feature a bathroom with a bathtub, plus bathrobes and slippers, as well as a private pool with 2 sun loungers (PT2).

Deluxe Premium Double Room Upper Floor

With the same equipment as the Deluxe Double Rooms, these rooms are located on the upper floors. The room also features a Nespresso coffee machine and the minibar is replenished daily (DLG).

Family Room

These rooms have the same equipment as the Deluxe Double Rooms but are more spacious and additionally consist of a living/bedroom, visually separated by a sliding door (open at the top), as well as a bathroom with a bathtub, 2nd smart TV, garden view, and balcony (DF2).

Superior Family Room Sharing Pool

These rooms have the same equipment as the family rooms and additionally offer sharing pool access and a terrace (F2O).
Rooms with direct access to the sharing pool do not have their own pool lifeguard and pose an increased risk for young children and non-swimmers. Parental supervision at the pool is therefore the responsibility of the guardians.

Junior Suite

These suites have the same equipment as the Deluxe Double Rooms, including a bathroom with a bathtub; they are more spacious and additionally equipped with a seating area, king-size bed (instead of the double/single beds), 2x smart TV, bathrobe, slippers, as well as a balcony and garden view (JS2).
Optionally bookable with sea view (J2M).

Junior Suite Sharing Pool Sea View

These suites have the same equipment as the Junior Suites and additionally feature a walk-in shower, sharing pool access, and sea view (J2H).

Superior Suite

These have the same equipment as the Deluxe Double Rooms, but consist of an open-plan living/bedroom, king-size bed, bathroom/WC with whirlpool bathtub, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, telephone, minibar (replenishment of beer, water, and soft drinks every 2nd day), espresso machine, flat-screen TV, safe, air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace (SU2).

American breakfast (7:00-10:30 a.m.), lunch (12:30-2:30 p.m.), and dinner (6:30-9:30 p.m.) buffet-style in the main restaurant; early breakfast available on request locally. There is also a late breakfast (10:30-11:00 a.m.). Soft drinks, beer, juices, and water are offered with meals. For stays of 4 nights or more, dinner can be taken once each in the "Moonlight" restaurant, "Italian" restaurant, "Tex-Mex", and either in the "Indian" or "Nikkei" restaurant. For stays of 12 nights or more, dinner is included twice each in the "Moonlight", "Italian", and "Tex-Mex". A prior reservation is required. Snacks are available from 10:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. at the "Coral" snack bar and in the all-day restaurants, which offer a rich buffet with a wide selection of refreshments, snacks, salads, and fresh fruit. International alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, cocktails, and coffee specialties are included from 10:00 a.m. to midnight at the currently open bar.
