Situated on the long sand/pebble beach of Kiotari. Kiotari and the town of Lindos, 10 km away, offer shopping and entertainment options as well as historical sights, such as the famous Acropolis. The airport is 55 km away.

The modern hotel is located by the sea and offers its guests 527 rooms, which are distributed across several buildings within the extensive hotel complex. Facilities include a reception with a lobby, a lounge bar, Wi-Fi throughout the complex (included), and shops. Culinary variety is provided by the main restaurant "Belvedere", the "Al Fresco" theme restaurant (Italian), the "Meze-Meze" theme restaurant with Greek specialties, the Asian theme restaurant "Wok", the Mexican theme restaurant "Tapas", and a grill restaurant. Furthermore, the hotel complex offers a snack restaurant on the beach, the "Ammos Fish Restaurant", a creperie, and the "Gelateria" ice cream parlor. The spacious garden area features four extraordinary swimming pools, one of which has six water slides, several sun terraces, as well as a pool/snack bar (Souvlakeri, Burger House) at the activity pool, a pool bar at the main pool, and a pool bar near the beach. Another pool bar, the "Breeze Bar", is located in the suite area. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool and beach; pool towels are available for a deposit.

Superior Double Room

These modern and comfortably furnished rooms feature air conditioning, slippers, a coffee/tea maker, telephone, Smart TV, refrigerator, safe, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, bath or shower/WC, and a balcony or terrace (DSU/DSB). Also available as a saver room (2US), with a sea view (DMU/DIM/UMB/MSA), or with a terrace and access to a sharing pool (P2H).
Optionally also available for single use (ESU) or with a sea view (EMU).
The sharing pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We ask for prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased potential danger for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen imposes a minimum age of 6 years for children booked into these room types.

Superior Seafront Double Room

Bookable as a Schauinsland-Reisen Original, these Superior Seafront Double Rooms offer the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms but are located in the first row to the beach with a sea view (RF2).

Superior Double Room w/ Private Pool

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, these feature a terrace with a private pool (U2P/PPZ). Optionally available for single use (U1P) or in the first row to the beach (2OO).

Destination information - Climate resilience tax

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience tax, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room starting from January 1, 2025.
For stays during the high season from April 1 to October 31:
1-2 Stars: 2 Euro
3 Stars: 5 Euro
4 Stars: 10 Euro
5 Stars: 15 Euro
For stays during the low season from November 1 to March 31:
