Located on the long sand/pebble beach of Kiotari. Kiotari and the town of Lindos, 10 km away, offer historical sights such as the famous Acropolis, in addition to shopping and entertainment opportunities. The airport is 55 km away.

Located by the sea, this modern hotel offers its guests 527 rooms distributed across several buildings in the spacious complex. Facilities include a reception with lobby, lounge bar, Wi-Fi throughout the complex (included), and shops. Culinary variety is provided by the main restaurant "Belvedere", the themed restaurant "Al Fresco" (Italian), the themed restaurant "Meze-Meze" with Greek specialties, the Asian themed restaurant "Wok", the Mexican themed restaurant "Tapas", and a grill restaurant. Furthermore, the hotel complex offers a snack restaurant on the beach, a beach restaurant "Ammos Fish Restaurant", a crêperie, and the "Gelateria" ice cream parlor. In the expansive garden area, there are four exceptional swimming pools, one of which features six water slides, several sun terraces, as well as a pool/snack bar (Souvlakeri, Burger House) by the activity pool, a pool bar at the main pool, and a pool bar near the beach. In the suite area, there is an additional pool bar, the "Breeze Bar". Sunbeds and umbrellas are included at the pool and beach; pool towels are available against a deposit.

The modern and comfortably furnished rooms feature air conditioning, slippers, coffee/tea making facilities, telephone, smart TV, refrigerator, safe, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, bath or shower/WC, and a balcony or terrace (DSU/DSB). Superior Double Room Seafront

Bookable as a Schauinsland-Reisen Original, these Superior Double Rooms Seafront offer the same facilities as the Superior Double Rooms but are located in the first beach row with a sea view (RF2).

Superior Double Room Private Pool

With the same facilities as the Superior Double Rooms, these feature a terrace with a private pool (U2P/PPZ). Optionally also available for single use (U1P) or in the first beach row (2OO).

Family Room

With the same facilities as the double rooms, the family rooms consist of one large room that can be divided into two rooms by an open sliding door (DF2). Optionally also available to book with sea view (F2M).

The junior suites are ideal for couples and consist of a spacious living/sleeping room that can be divided by an open sliding door. Early bird breakfast (5:00-7:00), breakfast (7:00-11:00), late riser breakfast (10:30-11:00), lunch (12:30-14:30), and dinner (18:30-21:30) are offered in buffet style. Dinner can optionally be taken 3x per week (for bookings of at least 7 days) at the à la carte restaurant (Italian, Greek, Mexican, and Asian; reservation required).
The crêperie offers fluffy crêpes with fresh ingredients at the main pool from 17:00-0:00. From 12:00-17:00, guests receive Greek street food and pasta dishes at the pool/snack bar by the activity pool.
A variety of national and international (renowned brands) alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available at the respective open bar from 10:00-0:00. From 0:00-1:00, drinks are available for a fee.
Use of the "Dine-Around" program:
The program allows guests to visit up to 3 different themed restaurants of their choice per week during their stay at no extra cost, in exchange for their dinner at the main Belvedere restaurant. Reservation in advance is required. Only valid for stays of at least 7 nights. For stays of 6 nights, guests receive one dinner of their choice at no extra charge. Dress code: Casual and elegant.
