Location

The hotel is located in the Kalithea holiday area, in a quiet position and rural surroundings. The sandy/pebble beach is approx. 150 m from the hotel and is accessible via a steep footpath. The bathing bay of Kalithea can be reached after approx. 1.5 km. The distance to the city centre of Rhodes is approx. 7 km. The international airport of Rhodes is located approx. 20 km away.

Facilities

The well-managed family hotel consists of a main building and several two-storey annex buildings with a total of 288 rooms and features a lobby with 24h reception, luggage room, TV lounge, lifts, main restaurant, two à-la-carte restaurants, lobby bar, as well as a mini-market. In the well-kept hotel grounds, there is a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols, the pool bar, a total of three swimming pools (one with a water slide), a separate children's pool as well as a children's playground. Sun loungers and parasols are included at the pool and available for a fee at the beach; pool/beach towels are available against a deposit.

Double Room

The spacious rooms are located in the main building or in the annex building and feature a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning (included from 1.6.-30.9.), safe (included), telephone, 32" flatscreen satellite TV, Wi-Fi (included), mini-fridge, coffee/tea station as well as a balcony or terrace (D). A bottle of water is provided upon arrival.
Optionally also bookable for single use (DE) or with pool view for an extra charge (PD).

Double Room Comfort

Feature the same facilities as the double rooms, are somewhat larger and are located in the 2-storey bungalow buildings (2CD).

Double Room Superior

Feature the same facilities as the double rooms, but are more modern and can be located in both the main building and the 2-storey bungalow buildings (DSU). Optionally also bookable with sea view for an extra charge (DMU/bookable in summer 26).

Double Room Deluxe (bookable in summer 26)

Are slightly larger and more modern with the same facilities as the double rooms and feature a 40" flatscreen satellite TV (DD2).
Optionally also bookable with partial sea view for an extra charge (DDS).

Family Room

Feature the same amenities as the double rooms but with a bathtub instead of a shower, consist of two rooms that can be separated by a sliding door, are therefore larger and are located in the annex buildings near the pool (DF2).

Family Room Superior 2 Rooms

Consist of a combined living/sleeping room with a separate bedroom, with the same facilities as the family rooms (DFS-not 2 bedrooms!).

Family Room 2 Bedrooms (bookable in summer 2026)

Feature two separate bedrooms and a living/sleeping room with a sofa bed with the same facilities as the family rooms superior, are somewhat more spacious and are located in the 2-storey bungalow buildings (2FZ).

Suite Superior Whirlpool (bookable in summer 2026)

The luxurious and spacious suites are located in the 2-storey bungalow buildings and, with the same amenities as the double rooms, feature bathrobes, slippers as well as two 32" flatscreen TVs and consist of a spacious living/sleeping area with a separate bedroom and offer a whirlpool as well as private sun loungers on the terrace (S2J).

Suite Superior priv. Pool (bookable in summer 2026)

The luxurious and spacious suites are located in the 2-storey bungalow buildings and, with the same amenities as the double rooms, feature bathrobes, slippers as well as two 32" flatscreen TVs and consist of a spacious living/sleeping area with a separate bedroom and offer a private pool as well as private sun loungers on the terrace (SP2).

Rooms with a private pool do not have their own lifeguard and pose an increased potential danger for small children and non-swimmers. The duty of supervision at the pool therefore lies with the guardians.

Breakfast (7-10 a.m.) and dinner (6:30-9 p.m.) in the "Dionysos" main restaurant buffet-style, 3x a week with themed cuisine (international, Mexican, Greek, Italian, Asian, fish night). Lunch from 12-2:30 p.m. in the "Fresca All Day" restaurant, also buffet-style. Late riser breakfast from 10-10:30 a.m.
Alternatively, dinner can be taken 1x per stay in one of the two themed restaurants (Asian, Greek, Italian; reservation required, further visits for a fee).
From 11 a.m.-5 p.m., hot snacks are offered in the "Fresca All-Day". Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available from 12-11 p.m. at the currently open bar.

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays from 1.1.2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is staggered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room as of 1.1.2025.
