Location

The hotel is located in the Kalithea holiday area, in a quiet and rural setting. The sand/pebble beach is approx. 150 m from the hotel and is accessible via a steep footpath. The Kalithea bay is approx. 500 m away. The distance to the city center of Rhodes is approx. 5 km. Rhodes International Airport is approx. 20 km away.

Facilities

The well-managed family hotel consists of a main building and several two-story annexes with a total of 286 rooms and features a lobby with a 24-hour reception, luggage room, TV lounge, elevators, main restaurant, four themed restaurants (two à la carte), lobby bar, and a mini-market. The hotel's well-kept outdoor area includes a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, a pool bar, a total of three swimming pools (one with a water slide), a separate children's pool, and a playground. Loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and available for a fee at the beach. Pool/beach towels are available for a deposit.

Double Room

The spacious rooms are located in the main building or the annex building and feature a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning (included from June 1st to September 30th), safe (included), telephone, 32" flatscreen satellite TV, Wi-Fi (included), mini-fridge, coffee/tea station, and a balcony or terrace (D). A bottle of water is provided upon arrival.
Also available for single use (DE) or at an extra charge with pool view (PD).

Double Room Comfort

These rooms have the same amenities as the Double Rooms, are slightly larger, and are located in the two-story bungalow buildings (2CD).

Double Room Superior

These rooms have the same amenities as the Double Rooms, but are more modern and can be located in either the main building or the two-story bungalow buildings (DSU). Optionally available with sea view at an extra charge (DMU).

Double Room Deluxe

With the same amenities as the Double Rooms, these rooms are slightly larger, more modern, and feature a 40" flatscreen satellite TV (DD2).
Optionally available with side sea view at an extra charge (DDS).

Family Room

With the same amenities as the Double Rooms, these rooms have a bathtub instead of a shower, consist of two rooms separated by a sliding door, are therefore larger, and are located in the annex buildings near the pool (DF2).

Family Room Superior 2 Rooms

With the same amenities as the Family Rooms, these rooms consist of a combined living/sleeping area with a separate bedroom (DFS - not 2 bedrooms!).

Family Room 2 Bedrooms

With the same amenities as the Family Rooms Superior, these rooms have two separate bedrooms, a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed, are slightly more spacious, and are located in the two-story bungalow buildings (2FZ). Bookable as Family Room 2 Bedrooms from Summer 2026 (2FZ).

Suite Superior Whirlpool

These luxurious and spacious suites are located in the two-story bungalow buildings and, in addition to the same amenities as the Double Rooms, feature bathrobes, slippers, two 32" flatscreen TVs, and consist of a spacious living/sleeping area with a separate bedroom. They offer a whirlpool and private loungers on the terrace (S2J).

Suite Superior priv. Pool

These luxurious and spacious suites are located in the two-story bungalow buildings and, in addition to the same amenities as the Double Rooms, feature bathrobes, slippers, two 32" flatscreen TVs, and consist of a spacious living/sleeping area with a separate bedroom. They offer a private pool and private loungers on the terrace (SU2). Bookable as SP2 from Summer 2026.

Breakfast (7:00 AM - 10:30 AM) and dinner (6:30 PM - 9:00 PM) in the "Dionysos" main restaurant, served buffet style, with themed cuisine three times a week (Greek, Italian, Asian). Lunch from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM in the "Fresca All Day" restaurant, also buffet style. Late risers' breakfast from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
Optionally, dinner can be enjoyed once per stay in one of the four à la carte restaurants (reservations required, additional visits are chargeable).
Hot snacks are served from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM in the "Fresca All-Day" restaurant. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM at the bar that is open at the time.

Information regarding climate resilience fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, as of January 1, 2025, ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
For stays in high season April 1 - October 31:
National category 1-2 stars: 2 Euros
National category 3 stars: 5 Euros
