Location

The hotel is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Faliraki. It is approximately 700 m to the long sandy/pebble beach and about 1 km to the center of Faliraki. Rhodes town with its historic old town is approximately 14 km away, and the famous "Anthony Quinn" Bay is about 2.5 km away. The distance to Rhodes Airport is approximately 18 km.

Facilities

As a Schauinsland-Reisen Original, the hotel reopened in early May 2026 after extensive redesigning and shines in a new look. Guests can expect a modern hotel complex with a fresh ambiance and a new adults-friendly concept, bookable for guests aged 12 and over.
The complex has 141 rooms spread across a main building and three annex buildings. Facilities include a 24-hour reception, a main restaurant with an outdoor terrace, a lounge with a TV corner, as well as a total of two bars and a snack bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex.
In the newly designed outdoor area, guests can look forward to a new freshwater swimming pool, an outdoor whirlpool, spacious sun terraces, and comfortable sun loungers and parasols, which are included at the pool. Bath towels are available for a fee, and changing them is free of charge.

The modern superior rooms feature a walk-in shower, WC, hairdryer, toiletries, 43" smart TV, telephone, refrigerator, rental safe, air conditioning, coffee/tea maker (daily replenishment), and a furnished balcony or terrace. One bottle of water provided upon arrival (DSU).
Optionally available for single occupancy (DSE/DEA).

Renovated Superior Double Room

Located in the annex building on the opposite side of the street and newly renovated for summer 2026.
The rooms feature a walk-in shower, WC, hairdryer, toiletries, 43" smart TV, telephone, refrigerator, rental safe, air conditioning, coffee/tea maker (daily replenishment), and a furnished balcony or terrace. One bottle of water provided upon arrival (DAS).
Optionally available for single occupancy (DAE/UB1).

Renovated Superior Swim Up/Sharing Pool Double Room

Located in the annex building on the opposite side of the street and newly renovated for summer 2026.
The rooms are on the ground floor and feature a walk-in shower, WC, hairdryer, toiletries, 43" smart TV, telephone, refrigerator, rental safe, air conditioning, coffee/tea maker (daily replenishment), and a furnished terrace with cozy sun loungers and direct access to the sharing pool. One bottle of water provided upon arrival (DWP). Optionally available for single occupancy (EWP).
The pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We ask for careful behavior and special attention when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.

Buffet breakfast from 7:30 am to 10 am with live cooking, lunch from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm, and dinner from 6:30 pm to 9 pm in buffet form with live cooking in the main restaurant. Themed evenings three times a week.
Water, soft drinks, juices, beer, and house wine are included with meals.
Local non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages such as soft drinks, specialty coffees, house wine, and draft beer are included from 10:30 am to 11 pm at one of the two bars, as well as other alcoholic beverages such as ouzo, whiskey, brandy, vodka, rum, tequila, raki, and gin, along with a selection of cocktails and long drinks, which are available from 6 pm to 11 pm.

Climate Resilience Levy Note

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, to be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax.
