The hotel is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Faliraki. The long sand/pebble beach is approx. 700 m away, and Faliraki is approx. 1 km away. Rhodes Town with its historic old town is located approx. 14 km away, and the famous "Anthony Quinn" bay is approx. 2.5 km away. The distance to Rhodes Airport is approx. 18 km.

As a Schauinsland-Reisen Original, the hotel was reopened in early May 2026 following comprehensive redesign work and now shines in a new design. Guests can look forward to a modern hotel complex with a fresh ambiance and a new adults-friendly concept, bookable for guests aged 12 and over.
The complex features 141 rooms, distributed across a main building and three annexes. Facilities include a 24-hour reception, a main restaurant with an outdoor terrace, a lounge with a TV corner, as well as a total of two bars and a snack bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex.
In the newly designed outdoor area, guests can look forward to a new freshwater swimming pool, an outdoor whirlpool, spacious sun terraces, as well as comfortable loungers and parasols, which are included at the pool. Beach towels are available for a fee; changing them is free of charge.

The modern superior rooms feature a walk-in shower, WC, hairdryer, toiletries, 43" Smart TV, telephone, refrigerator, rental safe in the room, air conditioning, coffee/tea maker (daily refill), and a furnished balcony or terrace. One bottle of water provided upon arrival (DSU/KDU).
Also available to book for single use (DSE/DEA).

Renovated Superior Swim Up/Sharing Pool Double Room

Located in the annex on the opposite side of the street and newly renovated for summer 2026.
The rooms are situated on the ground floor and feature a walk-in shower, WC, hairdryer, toiletries, 43" Smart TV, telephone, refrigerator, rental safe, air conditioning, coffee/tea maker (daily refill), and a furnished terrace with comfortable loungers and direct access to the sharing pool. One bottle of water provided upon arrival (DWP). Also available to book for single use (EWP).
The pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We ask for prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk potential for small children.

Water, soft drinks, juices, beer, and house wine are included with meals.
Local non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages such as soft drinks, coffee specialties, house wine, and draft beer are included from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. at one of the two bars, as are other alcoholic beverages such as Ouzo, whiskey, brandy, vodka, rum, tequila, raki, and gin, as well as a selection of cocktails and long drinks, which are available from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
