Location

The well-maintained hotel is in a quiet location, separated from the gently sloping sandy beach only by a road with little traffic. The center of Stalis with its cozy restaurants and bars is only about 200m from the hotel. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, and the distance to Heraklion Airport is approx. 32 km.

The hotel complex, renovated for Summer 2026, comprises 208 rooms spread across several buildings. It features an inviting lobby with a 24-hour reception, luggage room, TV lounge, a main buffet restaurant, and the à la carte restaurant “Ammos” (for a fee, reservation required). There are also two bars, a snack bar, and a mini-market. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the complex.
The spacious outdoor area boasts a tropical garden, two freshwater pools with a sun terrace, and a separate children's pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool, but are subject to a charge on the beach. For All-Inclusive guests, sun loungers on the beach are also free. Beach towels are provided for a deposit.

These rooms, located in an annex building, feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, individually controlled air conditioning (included), coffee/tea maker, mini-fridge (a bottle of water, a bottle of wine, and fruit included upon arrival), safe, satellite TV, telephone, balcony or terrace (HER677 Code: D). These rooms have been renovated and feature a shower/WC, toiletries, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, individually controlled air conditioning, satellite TV with music channels, safe, mini-fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, as well as a bottle of water, wine, and fruit upon arrival, and a terrace or balcony with garden view (HER577 Code: DSU).

Premium Double Room Sea View

These rooms have been renovated and feature a shower/WC, toiletries, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, individually controlled air conditioning, satellite TV with music channels, telephone (for a fee), safe, mini-fridge, and tea/coffee making facilities. Upon arrival, a bottle of water, wine, and fruit are provided. The rooms also have a terrace or balcony with sea view (HER577 Code: DM/DMI). Also bookable for single occupancy (HER577 Code: DEM).

Bungalow Pool Front or Sea View

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, these also feature a terrace with sun loungers and are located on the ground floor with views over the pool and the sea (HER577 Code: GF2).

Family Room

These rooms have the same amenities as the Double Rooms and consist of a combined living/sleeping area with a sliding door optically separating the areas (1 room, HER577 Code: DF2).

Coffee, tea, and fruit juices are included with breakfast. Draft beer, house wine, soft drinks, and still water are included with lunch and dinner.
Local and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included from 10 AM to midnight at the respective open bar (afterwards for a charge).

Note on Climate Resilience Contribution

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience contribution, payable by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 01.01.2025, ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room.
