The well-maintained hotel is in a quiet location, separated from the gently sloping sandy beach only by a low-traffic coastal road. The town center of Stalis, with its cozy restaurants and bars, is just approx. 200 m from the hotel. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, and the distance to Heraklion airport is approx. 32 km.

The modern hotel complex comprises 208 rooms spread across several buildings. The main building was renovated for summer 2026, and the annex building containing the Annex rooms (located about 100 m outside the main hotel) was renovated in summer 2023. Facilities include an inviting lobby with a 24-hour reception, luggage storage, a TV lounge, a buffet-style main restaurant, and the à-la-carte restaurant "Ammos" (for a fee, reservations required). Additionally, there are two bars, a snack bar, and a mini-market available. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided throughout the complex.
The expansive outdoor area features a tropical-style garden with a pool landscape and a sun terrace. Sun loungers and parasols are included at the pool, but are available for a fee at the beach. For All-Inclusive guests, sun loungers at the beach are also complimentary. Pool towels are provided upon deposit.

The rooms are located in an annex building in a prime location, separated from the sea only by a small, low-traffic promenade.
From the entrance of the annex building to the main restaurant, the distance via the promenade is approx. 150 meters, and it is only approx. 250 meters to the main bar.
These rooms feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning (included), coffee/tea maker, mini-fridge (includes one bottle of water, one bottle of wine, and fruit upon arrival), safe, satellite TV, telephone, and a balcony or terrace (HER677 Code: D). Also available for single use (HER677 Code: DE).

These rooms have been renovated and feature shower/WC, toiletries, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, satellite TV with music channels, telephone (for a fee), safe, mini-fridge, and tea and coffee maker. A bottle of water, wine, and fruit are provided upon arrival. The rooms also have a terrace or balcony with sea view (HER577 Code: DM/DMI/DMA). Also available for single use (HER577 Code: DEM).

Bungalow Poolfront or Sea View

Featuring the same amenities as the Superior Double Room, these also include a terrace with sun loungers and are located on the ground floor with views over the pool and the sea (HER577 Code: GF2).

These feature the same amenities as the Double Rooms and consist of a combined living/sleeping area with an optical room divider provided by a sliding door (1 room, HER577 Code: DF2).

Climate Resilience Fee
