This well-maintained hotel enjoys a quiet location, separated from the gently sloping sandy beach only by a low-traffic coastal road. The town center of Stalis, with its cozy restaurants and bars, is only approx. 200 m away. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, and the distance to Heraklion airport is approx. 32 km.

The modern hotel complex consists of 208 rooms spread across several buildings. The main section was renovated for summer 2026, and the annex building containing the Annex rooms (approx. 100 m outside the main hotel) was renovated in summer 2023. Facilities include an inviting lobby with a 24-hour reception, luggage room, TV lounge, a buffet-style main restaurant, and the "Ammos" à la carte restaurant (for a fee, reservation required). Furthermore, there are two bars, a snack bar, and a mini-market available.
The expansive outdoor area features a tropically landscaped garden with a pool area and sun terrace. Sun loungers and parasols are included at the pool, but are available for a fee at the beach. For All-Inclusive guests, sun loungers at the beach are also free of charge. Pool towels are provided against a security deposit.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire property.
