The family-friendly Katrin hotel complex is located just approx. 250 m from the sandy beach of Stalis, separated by a coastal road, and about 200 m from the centre. The centre of Chersonissos with its numerous shopping and entertainment venues is approx. 4 km away, and a local bus stop is approx. 150 m away. Heraklion Airport is located approx. 30 km away.

This schauinsland-reisen-Original hotel features 118 accommodation units spread across a main building and several annexes. Amenities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a lounge, the main bar "Dionissos", as well as the buffet restaurant "Ambrosia". The outdoor area offers several pool areas, including an activity pool with a separate children's splash pool, as well as a relax pool and a whirlpool in the adults-only area. In addition, the pool bars "Posidon" and "Sunshine" are available. In summer 2024, further parts of the outdoor area were modernized and newly furnished, and the main bar and main restaurant were also renovated. Bath towels can be rented for a fee. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge at the pool and for a fee at the beach. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the entire hotel complex.

These double rooms are located in the annexes, are renovated, and feature a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, vanity mirror, toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning, smart TV, telephone, mini-fridge, rental safe, as well as a newly furnished balcony or terrace (DA).

Double room Superior

The Superior double rooms are located in the main building and feature a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, vanity mirror, toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning, smart TV, telephone, mini-fridge, rental safe, as well as a newly furnished balcony or terrace (DSU/SSX).
Can also be booked for single use (DSE/DAE) or as a Superior economy room (2US).

Double room Superior Whirlpool

With the same features as the Superior double rooms, these are renovated, located in the annexes, and additionally feature a ceiling fan and whirlpool (J2N).
The whirlpool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We request prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.

The plunge pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We request prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.

These are mainly located in the annexes, are renovated, and feature a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, vanity mirror, toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning, two smart TVs, telephone, mini-fridge, rental safe, combined living/bedroom (open plan) with an additional bunk bed, as well as a newly furnished balcony or terrace (DF2/JSF).

Suite schauinsland-reisen

These are located in the annexes, are renovated, have identical furnishings to the family suites, and offer more space than the family rooms with the same amenities, including two smart TVs, a ceiling fan, and an additional separate bedroom with a bunk bed (2SI/2ZA).

Family suite Superior

With the same features and size as the family suite, the Superior family suite offers sleeping arrangements for up to three people in the separate bedroom (2FF).

Breakfast (7:30-10:00), lunch (12:30-14:30), and dinner (18:30-21:30) in buffet form, snacks during the day (11:00-12:30), ice cream for children only (12:00-15:30), as well as coffee/tea and pastries (16:00-17:00). Soft drinks, beer, and table wine are included with meals. From 11:00 to 23:00, local non-alcoholic drinks and selected local alcoholic drinks (beer, wine, ouzo, brandy, and raki) are included at the respective open bar. From 18:00 to 23:00, local vodka, gin, whiskey, rum, and tequila are also included. In addition, the cocktail of the day is included from 21:00 to 22:00.

Destination information: Climate Resilience Levy
