The hotel complex is located in Rethymnon and is separated from the Blue Flag awarded sand/pebble beach only by a small coastal road. The town center with numerous restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options is approx. 2.2 km away. The distance to Heraklion Airport is approx. 75 km and to Chania Airport approx. 65 km.

The Pearl Beach Hotel has a total of 140 rooms, spread across a main building and several annex buildings, each with 3 floors, featuring a 24-hour reception, lobby area, TV lounge, internet corner, free Wi-Fi, elevators, a main restaurant with terrace, an à la carte restaurant, bar, indoor pool, and a jeweler. The outdoor area includes a swimming pool with sun terrace (open from 10 am to 6 pm) and a pool/snackbar. Bath towels are provided free of charge, while loungers and sun umbrellas are available for guests free of charge by the pool and for a fee on the beach. Parking spaces at the hotel are included, subject to availability.

Double Room

The stylishly furnished rooms have a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning/heating (included), telephone, satellite TV, minibar (for a fee, water free on arrival day), coffee/tea station, safe (included), Wi-Fi (included), and a furnished balcony or terrace (D/DI).
Optionally also bookable as a super saver room without a coffee/tea station (SSZ) or for single occupancy (DE).
Additionally, optionally bookable with pool view (PD), side sea view (DMS/DIS), or direct sea view (DM). The double rooms with side sea view and double rooms with sea view each additionally have bathrobes and slippers; a welcome package with fruit and wine is also provided upon arrival.

Family Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, they are designed in a maisonette style and feature 2 bathrooms, a living/sleeping area with 2 sofa beds, and a separate bedroom (DF2).

Half Board/Full Board

Breakfast (7:30 am - 10 am) and dinner (6:30 pm - 9 pm) as a buffet. Early bird breakfast from 7 am to 7:30 am. A continental late riser's breakfast is offered from 10 am to 11 am. Late dinner from 9 pm to 10 pm. With full board, à la carte lunch is also available from 12 pm to 3:30 pm at the snack bar.
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner (no swimwear, etc.).

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience tax, payable by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 01.01.2025, will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
For stays in high season from April 1st to October 31st:
