The hotel complex is located in Rethymnon, separated from the Blue Flag-awarded sand/pebble beach by only a small coastal road. The town center with numerous restaurants, shops, and entertainment options is approximately 2.2 km away. The distance to Heraklion Airport is about 75 km, and to Chania Airport, it is about 65 km.

The Pearl Beach Hotel has a total of 140 rooms, spread across a main building and several annex buildings, each with 3 floors. It features a 24-hour reception, lobby area, TV lounge, internet corner, free Wi-Fi, elevators, a main restaurant with a terrace, an à la carte restaurant, a bar, an indoor pool, and a jeweler. The outdoor area includes a swimming pool with a sun terrace (open from 10 AM to 6 PM) and a pool/snack bar. Bath towels are provided free of charge, while sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool and for a fee on the beach. Parking is available on-site, subject to availability.

The stylishly furnished rooms feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning/heating (included), telephone, satellite TV, minibar (for a fee, water free on arrival day), coffee/tea station, safe (included), Wi-Fi (included), and a furnished balcony or terrace (D/DI).
Also available as a super saver room without a coffee/tea station (SSZ) or for single occupancy (DE).
Additionally, bookable with pool view (PD), side sea view (DMS/DIS), or direct sea view (DM). Double rooms with side sea view and double rooms with sea view additionally include bathrobes and slippers, and a welcome package with fruit and wine is provided upon arrival.

These rooms have the same amenities as double rooms and are designed in a maisonette style, featuring 2 bathrooms, a living/sleeping area with 2 sofa beds, and a separate bedroom (DF2).

Breakfast (7:30 AM - 10 AM) and dinner (6:30 PM - 9 PM) served buffet style. Early bird breakfast from 7 AM to 7:30 AM. A continental late riser breakfast is available from 10 AM to 11 AM. Late dinner is served from 9 PM to 10 PM. With full board, à la carte lunch is also available from 12 PM to 3:30 PM at the snack bar.
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner (no swimwear, etc.).

Water aerobics, fitness room, table tennis, yoga, aerobics, and Pilates. One guided hike per week (approx. 6 km).

Mountain bike rental and water sports through local providers.

Separate children's pool. High chairs and baby cots available free of charge, subject to availability.
Integrated children's pool (10 AM - 6 PM).

Indoor pool (heated in April, May, and October) and whirlpool (both included). For a fee: steam bath, facial and body treatments, massages, sauna.

Beach towels (changed 3 times per week).
