Location

The Rethymno Beach Hotel is located directly on the pebble beach in Stavromenos. The center of Rethymnon is approx. 11 km away, Heraklion Airport approx. 72 km and Chania Airport approx. 77 km away.

Facilities

The family-friendly complex has 150 rooms spread across a main building and 5 annexes, and features a 24-hour reception, lobby, lounge, Wi-Fi (included throughout the complex), a main restaurant and a main bar. The well-maintained outdoor area includes a swimming pool with a children's pool, sun terrace, and a pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach. Bath towels are available for a deposit. Parking is available at the hotel free of charge, subject to availability.

Double room

The beautifully designed rooms have a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, telephone (for a fee), Wi-Fi, individually adjustable air conditioning, mini-fridge, safe, coffee/tea maker, 32" flatscreen satellite TV, and a balcony or terrace (D). A bottle of water is provided upon arrival. Double room for single use (DE) also available.

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms offer a side sea view (DMS). Also available for single use (DES).

Double room with direct sea view

Breakfast (7:30 AM - 10 AM), lunch (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM) and dinner (7 PM - 9:30 PM) are served buffet-style.
Vegetarian and diet menus are available upon request. Please contact reception upon arrival.
From 10 AM to 6 PM, various snacks such as sandwiches, salads, and fruits are offered at the pool bar.
In the afternoon, from 4:30 PM to 6 PM, coffee/tea and pastries are available.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (water, soft drinks, fruit juices, coffee/tea, draft beer, house wine, Ouzo, liqueur, brandy) are included from 10 AM to 11 PM. From 6 PM onwards, whiskey, gin, vodka, tequila, and rum are also available.

Note on Climate Resilience Contribution

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience contribution, payable by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from January 1, 2025.
