Located directly on the 500m-long sandy/pebble beach of Adele near Rethymnon. Shopping and entertainment options are in the immediate vicinity.
A bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel.

The family-friendly complex has 512 rooms distributed across several buildings and offers a 24-hour reception, luggage room, lobby with outdoor terrace, internet corner, main restaurant with outdoor terrace, Greek restaurant "Mournies", Mediterranean à la carte restaurant "Archaia Eleftherna", fish restaurant "Oceana", main bar, mini market, jeweler, souvenir shop, and a boutique. With the same features as the double rooms, these are more spacious with a combined living/sleeping area and sun loungers on the terrace (B2W).

With the same features as the Junior Bungalow Suites Waterfront, these suites have a private pool (W2B) with an espresso machine, beach bag, and exclusive toiletries.
The private pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We request that guests behave cautiously and pay special attention when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, schauinsland-reisen has a minimum age requirement of 6 years for children booking these room types.

The suites consist of a combined living/sleeping room, two separate bedrooms, and, in addition to the same features as the double rooms, include a sea view, beach towels and bag, exclusive toiletries, espresso machine, bath/WC, and a balcony with a sea view (SDM). Climate resilience fee

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and ranges from 0.50 euros to 15 euros per day and room as of January 1, 2025.
