The holiday complex with 146 rooms consists of several bungalow buildings and features a lobby area with a reception (24h), a safe (for a fee), a TV corner, a main restaurant with a terrace, and an à la carte restaurant 'Ouzaki' (serving Greek cuisine), a pool bar and lobby bar, an internet corner (for a fee), Wi-Fi (included), and a minimarket. The beautiful garden houses the freshwater swimming pools and the pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool, and available for a fee on the beach.

These slightly more spacious rooms have been renovated, are located closer to the beach, and have the same amenities as the double rooms with partial sea view (D2S). Also available for single occupancy (1SD) or at an extra charge with sea view (DMU). Bookable under hotel code CHQ338.

Breakfast (7-10:15 AM) and dinner (7-9:30 PM) are served as a rich buffet with a Cretan corner and show cooking.
Drinks are not included with dinner.

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

The main restaurant offers varied buffets with show cooking during all meals. The breakfast buffet with hot and cold dishes is open from 7:30 AM to 10 AM and also includes a Cretan corner with local products as well as low-fat and gluten-free options. Various coffee specialties, hot chocolate, tea, and juices complete the offering. The lunch buffet from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM and the dinner buffet from 7 PM to 9:30 PM offer a wide selection of appetizers, main courses with show cooking, a children's buffet, as well as desserts and ice cream. Cretan specialties are also offered at dinner. Local wine, Retsina, local beer, soft drinks, juice, water, and coffee are available.
Light snacks such as sandwiches and fruits (10:30 AM-12 PM), handmade pizza (11 AM-2:30 PM), cakes and pastries (4 PM-5:30 PM), and ice cream (10:30 AM-5 PM) are available throughout the day. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are served at the bars when open (10 AM-10:30 PM), including soft drinks, juices, coffee and tea, Nescafé, beer, wine, Raki, Ouzo, brandy, vodka, rum, and whisky.

Premium All Inclusive

In addition to the All-Inclusive amenities, guests with Premium All Inclusive receive the opportunity to dine à la carte in the main restaurant once per stay, for stays of 7 days or more. Selected drinks are included.
Furthermore, the following services are included in Premium All Inclusive: two types of branded alcohol at the main bar and pool bar, bottled or canned beer, and three types of cocktails. A stocked minibar, refilled daily with water, as well as coffee and tea. Additionally, two sun loungers on the beach are available free of charge. Beach towels can be rented for a deposit.

Note on climate resilience contribution

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience contribution, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01.01.2025.
