The Geraniotis Beach is located directly on the long sand/pebble beach. The small town of Platanias is only approx. 200 m away, Chania is 12 km away, and Chania airport is approx. 30 km away. A bus stop is located at the entrance of the hotel.

The holiday complex with 146 rooms consists of several bungalow buildings and features a lobby area with a 24-hour reception, hotel safe (for a fee), TV corner, main restaurant with terrace, and an à la carte restaurant "Ouzaki" serving Greek cuisine. There is also a pool and lobby bar, internet corner (for a fee), and a mini-market. The freshwater swimming pools and the pool bar are located in the beautiful garden. Breakfast (7:30–10:00 a.m.), lunch (12:30–2:30 p.m.), and dinner (7:00–9:30 p.m.) are offered in buffet form with show cooking in the main restaurant.
During the day, light snacks such as sandwiches and fruits (10:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m.), handmade pizza (11:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.), cakes and pastries (4:00–5:30 p.m.), and ice cream (10:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) are available.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are offered at the respective open bars from 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., including soft drinks, juices, coffee and tea, Nescafé, beer, wine, raki, ouzo, brandy, vodka, rum, and whiskey.

Premium All Inclusive

In addition to the All Inclusive amenities, guests with Premium All Inclusive staying for a minimum of seven days receive the opportunity to have dinner à la carte in the main restaurant once per stay. Selected drinks are included.
Furthermore, the following services are included in the Premium All Inclusive: two types of branded alcohol at the main and pool bar, bottled or canned beer, and three types of cocktails. Note: Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
