The holiday complex with 146 rooms consists of several bungalow buildings and features a lobby area with a 24-hour reception, hotel safe (for a fee), TV corner, main restaurant with a terrace, and an à la carte restaurant "Ouzaki" serving Greek cuisine. There is also a pool bar and lobby bar, internet corner (for a fee), and a mini-market. In the beautiful garden, you will find the freshwater swimming pools and the pool bar. Sun loungers and parasols are included at the pool and are available at the beach for a fee. The hotel facilities also include a fitness center and a children's playground. With the same amenities as the double rooms with side sea view, these rooms are somewhat more spacious, renovated, and located closer to the beach (D2S).

Breakfast (7:00–10:15 AM) and dinner (7:00–9:30 PM) are served as a rich buffet with a Cretan corner and show cooking.
Drinks are not included with dinner.

Breakfast (7:30–10:00 AM), lunch (12:30–2:30 PM), and dinner (7:00–9:30 PM) are offered in buffet form with show cooking in the main restaurant.
During the day, light snacks such as sandwiches and fruits (10:30 AM – 12:00 PM), handmade pizza (11:00 AM – 2:30 PM), cakes and pastries (4:00–5:30 PM), as well as ice cream (10:30 AM – 5:00 PM) are available.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are offered at the respective open bars from 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM, including soft drinks, juices, coffee and tea, Nescafé, beer, wine, Raki, Ouzo, Brandy, Vodka, Rum, and Whiskey.
Low-fat, gluten-free, and lactose-free meals are available. In addition, a children's menu is offered for dinner.

Premium All Inclusive

In addition to the amenities of the All Inclusive service, guests with Premium All Inclusive receive the opportunity to have dinner à la carte in the main restaurant once per stay for a minimum stay of seven days. Selected drinks are included.
Furthermore, the following services are included in Premium All Inclusive: two types of brand-name alcohol at the main and pool bar, bottled or canned beer, and three types of cocktails. A filled minibar that is replenished daily with water, as well as a daily replenishment of coffee and tea. Additionally, two sun loungers are available at the beach free of charge. Bath towels for the pool or beach can also be borrowed free of charge.

Destination information: Climate resilience fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is staggered from January 1, 2025, from 0.50 euros to 15 euros per day and room.
For stays in the high season April 1 – October 31:
