Location

The "Belvedere Apts & Spa" hotel is located in the resort area of Plakias, just approx. 150 m from the sandy beach. Entertainment options such as bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance in Plakias. The distance to Heraklion and Chania airports is 114 km and approx. 96 km respectively. A bus stop is approx. 400 m away.

Facilities

The modern complex consists of 12 apartments and studios and features a reception with a lobby and free Wi-Fi, a TV corner, luggage room, supermarket, and souvenir shop. The well-maintained outdoor area includes two swimming pools (seasonally heated) with a separate children's pool and terrace. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool, and available at the beach for a fee.

Junior Suite

The junior suites consist of an open-plan bedroom with a seating area and a kitchen, equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, air conditioning, a safe, Smart TV, and a balcony or terrace. Toiletries and a beach bag with beach towels are also provided. (JS2). Also bookable for single occupancy (JS1).

Superior Apartment

The apartment has a separate bedroom (A2U) with the same amenities as the junior suites.

Suite 2 Bedrooms Whirlpool Sea View

With the same amenities as the apartments, these suites have a second bedroom, a second bathroom, and a whirlpool. Additionally, the suites offer a sea view (Y2J).

Note for Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience contribution, payable by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room starting from 01.01.2025.
