Location

The resort is situated above two pebble beach coves. The towns of Panormo and Rethymnon, offering shopping and entertainment, are approximately 3 km and 18 km away, respectively (easily accessible by public transport). Heraklion Airport is about 65 km away, while Chania Airport is approximately 85 km away.

Facilities

The popular family hotel will undergo partial renovations for Summer 2026 and offers extensive amenities for guests of all ages. Comprising a main building with 213 rooms and a bungalow area with 242 rooms, the hotel features a 24-hour reception with a lobby, an indoor pool (seasonal, open for limited hours), a main restaurant, a taverna/Greek snack bar, a grill restaurant, a new Italian restaurant, and several bars. The well-maintained, spacious garden area boasts six swimming pools, including an integrated children's pool in the main pool and a separate children's pool (seawater and freshwater). Bath towels, loungers, and umbrellas are provided free of charge by the pool and on the beach. Additionally, the hotel offers an aquapark opened in 2025 with water features and slides, a new relaxation pool, and food trucks for snacks and drinks (expected to open mid-May 2026).

Double Room

The spacious double rooms are located in the main building and are equipped with a double or twin beds, plus a sofa bed for the third person. They feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, Wi-Fi (included), telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning (dependent on outside temperature, operates for limited hours), refrigerator, safe, and a balcony or terrace (D).
Optionally available at an additional charge as a double room with garden view (2GD, to be renovated for Summer 2026) or sea view (DM/DMI/DMA, also to be renovated for Summer 2026). Also available upon request as a double room for single occupancy with garden view (1GD, to be renovated for Summer 2026).

Double Room Sea View Priority Location

These rooms offer sea views and are equipped with the same amenities as the double rooms. They will also be renovated for Summer 2026 and are located in a preferred position on the upper floors (2PY).

Bungalow Garden View

The bungalows were renovated for Summer 2025 and are located amidst the extensive garden area. They are equipped with double or twin beds, plus a sofa bed for the third person, and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, satellite TV, telephone, and a balcony or terrace with garden view (BG2).
Optionally available at an additional charge as a bungalow with sea view (B2M/B2I).

Bungalow Bay

With the same amenities as Bungalow Type A, these are more spacious (not renovated) and additionally feature an extra bed for the fourth person. These bungalows are located in the "Bay" area.

Bungalow Waterfront

The Waterfront Bungalows are located on the first line to the sea. Their amenities are identical to the Bay Bungalows (BW2, not renovated).

Family Bungalow Garden View

The family bungalows, also renovated for Summer 2025, consist of a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed or bunk beds and a separate bedroom with a double bed. The spacious rooms are equipped with bath/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, satellite TV, telephone, and a balcony or terrace with garden view (BFP).

Family Bungalow Sea View

With the same amenities as the family bungalows, these offer sea views and have also been renovated (R2B). Optionally available at an additional charge as a Family Panorama Bungalow with sea view, located on the first beach line (BFW).

Bungalow Bay Connecting Door

Consist of 2 Bay Bungalows with a connecting door (BIC).

Breakfast (7:30 AM - 10:35 AM), lunch (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM), and dinner (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM) are served buffet-style in the main restaurant. The snack bar taverna offers an extended continental late riser's breakfast from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM and lunch from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM. Ice cream and snacks are available from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at selected bars, and coffee and cake are served from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. From 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, the "Star Cafe" offers coffee, soft drinks, and street food. In the evening, the "Lavris" grill restaurant opens with a magnificent view from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM (only during high season, July-August). Various alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available from 10:00 AM to 1:00 AM.
Reservations for dinner at the various restaurants are required in advance via the app.

Sports included

Table tennis, mini golf, mini football, boccia, aerobics, and water aerobics. Additionally, a modern two-story fitness area has been available since Summer 2025.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, payable locally by the guest, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from €0.50 to €15 per day and room from January 1, 2025.
