Location

The adults-only hotel High Beach White (bookable from 16 years of age) is located directly on the long, gently sloping sandy beach of Malia. Numerous shopping and entertainment options, bars, and clubs are in the immediate vicinity. It is approximately 800 m to the center of Malia. Heraklion Airport is approximately 35 km away.

This high-quality hotel is the new adults-only area (bookable from 16 years of age) of the High Beach Hotel. It has a total of only 18 rooms, a reception area with 24-hour reception, the "Estia" main restaurant with its own adults-only section, and the "Elia" à-la-carte restaurant (each located in the High Beach Hotel), offering guests a luxurious and relaxing holiday. Outside, there is a beautiful garden with a freshwater swimming pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available for guests free of charge by the pool and on the beach. Wi-Fi is included throughout the property. Additional facilities of the adjacent High Beach Hotel (such as the bars, fitness room, and spa center) can also be used.

Deluxe Double Room

The spacious rooms feature a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, branded toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning, rental safe, coffee/tea station with daily replenishment, espresso machine (daily replenishment), mini-fridge, telephone, 55" smart satellite TV (incl. Netflix), high-speed Wi-Fi, USB charging ports, as well as a balcony and reserved sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach (DD2).
Upon arrival, a welcome package with a bottle of wine, mineral water, a selection of soft drinks, and some snacks is provided.

White Superior Double Room Private Pool

These rooms, newly built for Summer 2025, offer the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms and feature a private garden with a private pool (heated to 22°C; higher temperatures on request and for a fee) and sun loungers (U2P). In addition, two reserved sun loungers with a parasol are available on the beach.
The private pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. Guests are requested to behave cautiously and exercise particular care when using this area.

Deluxe Suite White Side Sea View or Sea View

These inviting and spacious rooms consist of a combined living/sleeping area and feature a walk-in shower/WC with a separate hydromassage bathtub, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, branded toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning, rental safe, coffee/tea station with daily replenishment, espresso machine (daily replenishment), mini-fridge, telephone, 55" smart satellite TV (incl. Netflix), high-speed Wi-Fi, USB charging ports, furnished balcony, reserved sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach, and either side or direct sea view (XL2).

Deluxe Suite White Beachfront Sea View

These comfortable suites offer the same amenities as the Deluxe Suite White Side Sea View or Sea View but are located in the first row to the beach, are significantly more spacious, offer direct access to the garden or spectacular sea views, as well as a private terrace or balcony with a cozy seating area and also two reserved sun loungers and a parasol on the beach (BSD).

Deluxe Suite White Swim Up

The Deluxe Suite White Swim Up rooms offer the same amenities as the Deluxe Suite White Side Sea View or Sea View, with direct pool access and garden views instead of sea views. In addition, two reserved sun loungers with a parasol are available on the beach (SDU).
The swim-up pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. Guests are requested to behave cautiously and exercise particular care when using this area.

Destination information Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
