Location

The adult-only hotel High Beach White (bookable from 16 years) is located directly on the long, gently sloping sandy beach of Malia. Numerous shopping and entertainment facilities, bars and discos are in the immediate vicinity. It is about 800 m to the center of Malia. Heraklion Airport is about 35 km away.

The high-quality hotel is the new adults-only area (bookable from 16 years) of the Hotel High Beach and has a total of only 18 rooms, a reception area with a 24-hour reception, the "Estia" main restaurant with its own adults-only area and the "Elia" à la carte restaurant (both in the High Beach Hotel), offering guests a luxurious and relaxing holiday. In the outdoor area, there is a beautiful garden with a freshwater swimming pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. Other facilities of the adjacent Hotel High Beach (such as bars, fitness room and spa center) can also be used.

The spacious rooms have a walk-in shower/toilet, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, branded toiletries, individually controlled air conditioning, a safe for rent, coffee/tea station with daily refill, espresso machine (daily refill), minibar, telephone, 55" Smart Satellite TV (incl. Netflix), fast Wi-Fi, USB charging ports, and a balcony with reserved sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach (DD2).
A welcome package with a bottle of wine, mineral water, a selection of soft drinks, and some snacks is provided upon arrival.

White Superior Double Room Private Pool

The rooms, newly built for Summer 2025, have the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms and feature a private garden with a private pool (heated to 22°, higher temperatures on request and for a fee) and sun loungers (U2P). Additionally, 2 reserved sun loungers with a parasol are provided on the beach.

Deluxe Suite White Side Sea View or Sea View

The inviting and more spacious rooms consist of a combined living and sleeping area and feature a walk-in shower/toilet with a separate hydromassage bathtub, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, branded toiletries, individually controlled air conditioning, a safe for rent, coffee/tea station with daily refill, espresso machine (daily refill), minibar, telephone, 55" Smart Satellite TV (incl. Netflix), fast Wi-Fi, USB charging ports, a furnished balcony, reserved sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach, and either a side or direct sea view (XL2).

Deluxe Suite White Beachfront Sea View

These comfortable suites, with the same amenities as the Deluxe Suite White Side Sea View or Sea View, are located in the first row of the beach, are significantly more spacious, offer direct access to the garden or spectacular sea views, and a private terrace or balcony with a cozy seating area (BSD).

Deluxe Suite White Swim Up

The Deluxe Suite White Swim Up rooms offer direct pool access and garden rather than sea views, with the same amenities as the Deluxe Suite White Side Sea View or Sea View (SDU).

Half Board/All Inclusive

Half Board: Breakfast buffet (7:30-10:30) with show cooking in the "Estia" restaurant. Early riser breakfast from 7-7:30 am, late riser breakfast from 10:30-11 am (both in the "Estia" restaurant). A brunch is also offered in the "Elia" à la carte restaurant (10:30-11:30 am, reservation required the day before, drinks at extra charge).
Dinner as a buffet with show cooking and a Cretan corner in the "Estia" restaurant or as a 5-course menu choice in the "Elia" à la carte restaurant (6:30 pm-9:30 pm, from mid-May to mid-October with reservation 24 hours in advance). Additionally, one 4-course meal in the "Veranda" restaurant is included per stay.
Vegetarian menus and special diet menus are available (upon prior request and possibly at an additional charge).

Local and selected international alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included from 10 am to midnight at the respective open bar (in the sister hotel High Beach Resort). Guests aged 16 and over also have access to the adults-only "Sunset" bar in the sister hotel High Beach Resort (reservation required).

Note on Climate Resilience Contribution

For stays from 01.01.2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience contribution, which must be paid by the guest on site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 01.01.2025, ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
