Location

The holiday hotel is located about 35 kilometers east of Heraklion, directly on a gently sloping sandy beach approximately 300 meters long. The town of Malia is just a few minutes' walk away and offers numerous shopping opportunities and a lively nightlife. The distance to Heraklion Airport is approx. 31 km.

Facilities

In addition to the 287 rooms, which are spread across the three wings of the main building and numerous bungalows, the hotel has a 24-hour reception with a lobby, Wi-Fi (included throughout the complex), a main restaurant with a large veranda, a snack bar, a bar, and a pool bar/cafeteria, parking spaces, and a mini-market. There is also a Kafenion where you can enjoy Greek coffee. The complex also features a large, renovated freshwater swimming pool, a children's pool, and a baby pool, extensive gardens with walking paths, and a sunbathing lawn with loungers and umbrellas, which are included at both the pool and the beach. Bath towels are provided in the rooms.

Super Economy Room

The rooms located in the main building feature a bathtub with a shower function/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, TV, telephone, refrigerator, a desk, and a balcony with mountain view (SSZ, can be booked under hotel code HER750). Alternatively, also available with sea view (SSM, can be booked under hotel code HER750), for single occupancy (SSE, under hotel code HER750) or for single occupancy with sea view (SEM, under hotel code HER750).

Superior Double Room

The rooms located in the main building feature modern and luxurious furnishings, a bathtub with a shower function/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, LCD TV, telephone, refrigerator, a desk, and a balcony with mountain view (DSU).
Alternatively, available for single occupancy (DSE) or with sea view at an additional charge (DMU).

Superior Bungalow Garden View

The Superior Bungalows have the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms and are located in the bungalows with a bathtub and an additional shower cabin, or partly on the ground floor of the main building with a shower and terrace (B2A).
Alternatively, also available with sea view (B2M) or in the first row to the sea with sea view (B2). Also available for single occupancy (B1A).

Superior Family Room

The Superior Family Rooms consist of one room, are located in the bungalow area, and have the same basic amenities as the Superior Bungalows, only larger with an additional sofa bed and a large terrace with garden view (DF2). Alternatively, also bookable as Super Economy Family Room (EF2) or as Comfort Double Room (2CD) under code HER750.

Superior Family Suite

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, they feature a combined living and sleeping area, a separate bedroom, a bathroom, a balcony or terrace, and are located in the main building or bungalow area (FU2).

Superior Family Suite Sea View

They have the same basic amenities as the Superior Double Rooms but are located in the main building or bungalow complexes, feature a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed, a separate bedroom, a bathroom, and a sea view (2FU).

Superior Family Suite 2 Bedrooms Garden View

They have the same amenities as the Superior Family Suite and consist of 2 bedrooms, a separate living/sleeping area, two bathrooms, and are located in the main building (S22).

Superior Bungalow Sea View

Like the Superior Bungalows, but available with sea view (B2M) or in the first row to the sea with sea view (B2).

Half Board/Full Board

Breakfast (7–10 am) and dinner (6:30–9:15 pm) served buffet-style.
With full board, lunch (12:30–2:30 pm) is served buffet-style or as a set menu (depending on hotel occupancy).
Children's menu, vegetarian dishes, and special diets (e.g., gluten-free meals) are available upon request (locally).
Smart casual attire is requested for meals (gentlemen in long trousers).

Note for Climate Resilience Contribution

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience contribution, which must be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from January 1, 2025.
