Location

The hotel is located approximately 35 kilometers east of Heraklion, directly on a gently sloping sandy beach approximately 300 meters long. The town of Malia is just a few minutes' walk away and offers numerous shopping facilities and a lively nightlife. The distance to Heraklion Airport is approx. 31 km.

Facilities

In addition to the 287 rooms, distributed across the three wings of the main building and numerous bungalows, the hotel features a 24-hour reception with a lobby, Wi-Fi (included throughout the premises), a main restaurant with a large veranda, a snack bar, a bar, and a pool bar/cafeteria, parking facilities, and a mini-market. There is also a Kafenion where you can enjoy Greek coffee. The complex also includes a large, renovated freshwater swimming pool, a children's pool, and a baby pool, extensive gardens with walking paths, and a sunbathing lawn with loungers and umbrellas, which are included both by the pool and on the beach. Bath towels are provided in the rooms.

Super Saver Room

Located in the main building, these rooms feature a bathtub with a shower function/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, TV, telephone, refrigerator, a desk, and a balcony with mountain view (SSZ, bookable under hotel code HER750). Optionally available with sea view (SSM, bookable under hotel code HER750), for single occupancy (SSE, under hotel code HER750) or for single occupancy with sea view (SEM, under hotel code HER750).

Superior Double Room

Located in the main building, these rooms feature modern and luxurious furnishings, a bathtub with a shower function/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, LCD TV, telephone, refrigerator, a desk, and a balcony with mountain view (DSU).
Optionally available at an extra charge for single occupancy (DSE) or with sea view (DMU).

Superior Bungalow Garden View

The Superior Bungalows have the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms and are located in the bungalows with a bathtub and an additional shower cabin, or partly on the ground floor of the main building with a shower and terrace (B2A).
Optionally available with sea view (B2M) or in the first row to the sea with sea view (B2). Also available for single occupancy (B1A).

Superior Family Room

The Superior Family Rooms consist of one room, are located in the bungalow area, and have the same basic amenities as the Superior Bungalows, but are more spacious with an additional large sofa bed and a large terrace with garden view (DF2). Optionally available as Super Saver Family Rooms (EF2) or as Comfort Double Rooms (2CD) under hotel code HER750.

Superior Family Suite

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, these suites feature a combined living/sleeping area, a separate bedroom, a bathroom, and a balcony or terrace, and are located in the main building or the bungalow area (FU2).

Superior Family Suite Sea View

These suites have the same basic amenities as the Superior Double Rooms but are located in the main building or bungalow buildings, feature a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed, a separate bedroom, a bathroom, and a sea view (2FU).

Superior Family Suite 2 Bedrooms Garden View

These suites have the same amenities as the Superior Family Suites and consist of 2 bedrooms, a separate living/sleeping area, two bathrooms, and are located in the main building (S22).

Meals

Half Board/Full Board

Breakfast (7 AM - 10 AM) and dinner (6:30 PM - 9:15 PM) served as a buffet.
With full board, lunch (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM) is served as a buffet or a set menu (depending on hotel occupancy).
Children's menu, vegetarian dishes, and special dietary requirements (e.g., gluten-free meals) are available upon request (on-site).
Appropriate attire is requested during meals (smart casual, gentlemen in long trousers).

Information on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience contribution, payable by guests locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room starting from 01.01.2025.
For stays in high season (1.4.-31.10.):
