Location

The hotel complex is located in the coastal town of Malia and is approx. 200 meters from the Blue Flag awarded sandy beach. Entertainment and shopping options, as well as the old town of Malia, can be reached in a few minutes' walk. Heraklion Airport is approximately 33 km away.

The family-run Stelios Gardens Hotel features 54 rooms, a reception area with lounge, a restaurant, and Wi-Fi throughout the hotel complex. In the outdoor area, there is a garden, as well as a swimming pool with a pool bar and a sun terrace. Sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge at the pool (available at the beach for a fee from a third-party provider).

Luxury Suite

The suite, newly built in winter 22/23, features a shower/WC, hairdryer (on request), air conditioning (for a fee), safe (for a fee), satellite TV, Wi-Fi, mini-fridge, and consists of a bedroom, a living room/bedroom, and a balcony (S2). Can also be booked for single use (S1).

Climate Resilience Tax

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, similar to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and, as of January 1, 2025, is graduated from 0.50 euros to 15 euros per day and room.
For stays in the high season April 1 - October 31:
