Location

The hotel complex is located in the coastal town of Malia, approximately 200 metres from the Blue Flag sandy beach. Entertainment and shopping facilities, as well as the old town of Malia, are within a few minutes' walk. Heraklion Airport is about 33 km away.

The family-run Stelios Gardens Hotel features 54 rooms, a reception area with a lounge, a restaurant, and Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. The outdoor area includes a garden, a swimming pool with a pool bar, and a sun terrace. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool (for a fee at the beach, provided by a third party).

They consist of a living/sleeping area with a kitchenette and a separate bedroom (A2U). Also available for single occupancy (A1U).

The Junior Suite features a shower/WC, hairdryer (on request), air conditioning (included), a safe for rent, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, kitchenette, a seating area, and a furnished balcony or terrace (JS2). Also available for single occupancy (JS1) or for three people (JS3).

Luxury Suite

The newly built suite (winter 22/23) features a shower/WC, hairdryer (on request), air conditioning (for a fee), a safe (for a fee), satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a mini-fridge, and consists of a bedroom, a living/sleeping area, and a balcony (S2). Also available for single occupancy (S1).

Bed & Breakfast/Half Board

Breakfast (8:30 AM - 11 AM) served buffet-style.
For guests with Half Board, dinner (7:30 PM - 9:30 PM) is served as a set menu.
BBQ theme night (subject to minimum occupancy, for a fee).

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01/01/2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and ranges from €0.50 to €15 per day per room from 01/01/2025.
