The hotel is located directly on the pebble beach in the suburb of Koutsounari. The city center of Ierapetra, with its shopping and entertainment venues, is approx. 8 km away. A bus stop is located near the hotel.

The small, family-run hotel has 48 rooms spread across a main building and several bungalow buildings, a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a main restaurant with an outdoor terrace, a main bar, a snack bar, a jeweler, a souvenir shop, an internet corner, and a satellite TV room. Outdoors, the swimming pool with a sun terrace invites you to relax. Sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge at the pool and on the beach. Located on the beach is the "Pelagos" beach restaurant (for a fee), which serves creative Cretan cuisine. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel complex.

Junior Suite Sea View

With the same features as the double rooms, these suites include a seating area, coffee/tea station, bathrobes, and a furnished balcony with sea view, and they are more spacious (J2M).

Bungalow Garden View

Feature the same amenities as the Double Rooms Garden View, but are located in the bungalow buildings on the ground floor with a terrace (B12).

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
