The hotel is located directly on the pebble beach in the suburb of Koutsounari. The town center of Ierapetra, with its shopping and entertainment facilities, is approximately 8 km away. A bus stop is located near the hotel.

The small, family-run hotel has 47 rooms spread across a main building and several bungalow buildings, a lobby with a reception (24h), Wi-Fi (included), a main restaurant with an outdoor terrace, a main bar, a snack bar, a jeweler, a souvenir shop, an internet corner, and a satellite TV room. In the outdoor area, the swimming pool with its sun terrace invites you to relax. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach. The beach restaurant "Pelagos" (for a fee) with creative Cretan cuisine is located on the beach.

Rooms have a shower/WC, toiletries, hairdryer, individually controlled air conditioning (included), safe, telephone, satellite TV, beach/pool towels, mini-fridge (included), and a furnished balcony or terrace (D/DI).

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, these rooms also feature a seating area, coffee/tea station, bathrobes, and a furnished balcony with a sea view, and are more spacious (J2M).

These rooms have the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms with garden view but are located in the bungalow buildings on the ground floor with a terrace (B12).
